The Court is located in Kew Gardens. If you are coming here, be prepared to pass through a check point. Leave unnecessary things at home which you do not need. Q10 and Q60 buses are nearby along with the E and F Trains. Parking space is hard to find during the week. This is a heavy traffic area so give yourself plenty extra time to reach here.

Security sucks! Waiting for DAV. No knowledge and ignorant Staffing . Was told to wait outside of main lobby by another ill-informed security member. Pitiful excuse for customer service. This is how US veterans get treated. I would not come anywhere near this facility or staff unless its 100% necessary. Please fire all current security!

I am an attorney, representing a client on several cases. I have tried for over a week to get in touch with the Central Clerk's office to learn of the status of my client's cases. Because the e-courts calendar indicated one of the cases was on for hearing on August 11, 2020, I was forced to waste over 3 hours traveling to the Courthouse only to learn it was closed. My client and I were prevented from entering the Courthouse and from seeing the docket sheet for August 11th.
The next day, August 12, 2020 the case disappeared off the e-courts platform. I've been unable to reach anyone about the status of my client's cases.

Horrible food I mean cheese sandwich with mayo or a peanut butter and honey sandwich........what happened to the good old jelly. Anyway staff is nice a accommodating they can be rude if you tell them how they can do there job better. Anyway they have a on site medical professional available 24/7 so that's a plus and they also have a toilet and sink in every room and as much toliet paper as you want. Overall I would visit again and next time I'll opt for a longer stay.

It's an old court building that's kept in reasonably good shape. All the elevators work. There's an nice vending area just down the hall from the front entrance. If you are a member of the general public be prepared to wait outside as the line to enter and go through the metal detectors can get long at 9: 30 a.m. when Court starts. Air conditioning when it's hot never seems enough. Parking in the neighborhood can be a nightmare as they tore down the municipal lot behind the court a couple years ago and are currently building its replacement. Best to come on public transportation to get there. Otherwise plan on parking in one of several parking lots on the side streets across Queens Boulevard. Night arraignments can go until 1 a.m. and use the entrance on the front of the building on the right.

My tax dollars are being used to hire people who look miserable and can't even speak to anyone properly. I came here to do an assignment for class, and I was extremely disappointed in the racism I felt in this place. A place of law, where the highest prestige of our laws should be followed. Yet I sense racism in such place that holds high prestige!

My uncle had a court date so I was able to sit in and watch The proceedings of AP2. The judge came off as either fair or easy for the day, was interesting to see the dialogue pertaining to the cash bail reform laws. There was a lawyer named Tom, and I have to say outstanding lawyer, definitely on top of his game. The only star reduction was for some people there, came and argued even after they recieved what seemed like leniency. The process of one door to the next, and then to another seemed kinda outdated. Good luck with parking, there is next to none within A 5-6 block radius.
