Seated immediately on Mother's day. Service was good. Food was also very good.

The Quarter View is a rather small, one-room restaurant, with a tight-fitting entrance/exit area. The service was okay, but it did take a bit too long for the meals to arrive. I had the Grilled Shrimp Plate with Spinach ($15.95), and my friends shared Captain Dan's Seafood Platter ($22.95). We thought the food was okay, but nothing that one would seek out or drive any distance to get. Our only real complaint was the $2.60 they charged for a small 8-oz. Styrofoam cup of Sprite for the child. We'd probably not recommend the place or return for a second visit. But, it is also not a place that one should avoid. RJT

Very racist staff refused to serve me and my family on my birthday

A fellow at the table with me remarked, "This is the kind of 'New Orleans restaurant' you might find in another city by people who don't really know much about New Orleans Food."

A poor man's Mandinas, serving microwaved and fried standards, po boys and incredibly underwhelming salads. Their newly renovated expansion features a faux french quarter scene decorated in the Blain Kern style of mural painting. The main room is a bit noisy, the service is very slow. They didn't bring out one thing I ordered. The food is bland. The place appears to be very popular with old people and church groups. This is the kind of place that gives new orleanians justification to mock Metairie. The food is passable but nothing special. There are too many much better restaurants in the area to give this one a passing grade

First time visit, sat at bar and really enjoyed ourselves. Great ribs and Pork Chops. Bartender was great too. Great happy hour items and prices, very clean and nice place!!

Best meal I have had here. Onion rings for appetizer, fried shrimp and cajun potato salad for entree. Very pleasant waitress, Charlene fun, friendly and great service.

Food was OK. The steak was very tender but not cooked as ordered. Stuffed crabs definitely had crab meat!

Food was good, but they had rules about bringing an outside cake, which we were not aware until we arrived. They charged us a fee to be able to cut the cake and eat it in the restaurant.

Food was decent and crawfish was really good but waitress wasn't attentive and she tried to pull a fast one on the bill. My entree was overcooked. It came with fries. I sent it back. I ate half the fries. so She took the entree off the bill then manually put in a order of fries. Really?! Who does that?? But it was a large party so gratuity was included so of course the higher the bill the higher he tip percentage.

This place have became our favorite place. .Great prices, environment, service and food portion. Can't ask for nothing better

Lovely atmosphere and service. AMAZING FOOD. The murals and recreations of the French Quarter give this restaurant its name and makes a diner feel closer to the spirit of the Quarter without the hustle.

Great customer service and the food is quite substantial and tasty. The Seafood Platter had lots of shrimp and fish with a few oysters and a stuffed crab for a good price.

I will never again go here had a big family gathering ate here and when I tell you this was the worst experience I've ever had with any restaurant I've been to these people are something else they don't have a lot of tickets so if you go as a big group in it's your first time let me tell you u gonna be coming out of pocket they take big tips out so pay attention to your ticket they make you pay half of all in the person that's on ur might not pay much at all I order last food with the cheapest price making sure ion go over yet a person at the table got top of the line food and paid laterally paid what I paid for my food if I knew that I would've got top of the line to like I said never again do not go there they get you out your money the prices look good but let me tell you they find away to get you and the manager is not help rude as hell shes not help at all so don't expect any for her and her co manager I guess that's what he is no help either just a co signer to what she say bad experience never again service was beyond poor my mom even had a fly in her drink nothing was did about it

First time eating here, very clean and they have an awesome staff. They definitely do not skimp on portions.

My food was a little bland. But I've heard so many great things about this place. I'd definitely have to try something totally different next time.

Food was great, service for our group of 30 family members very good, wile the restaurant was handled a pack house. We meet every month , going to different places, we will be back.

The food was awesome and so was our waitress Charlene she was very sweet and kind never had to wait for drink refills best waitress I've had in a long time.

1) Poor Customer Service, 2) Mediocre Tasting Food, 3) Bad Experience Over All.

I would surely try something different next time, before I do this place ever again.

The new renovations to the restaurant is awesome. The staff at Quarter View Restaurant was excellent. A nice place for family and friends to enjoy themselves.

We will Never Ever eat at this Nasty place again we ordered the seafood platter n it was awful it was a waste of money . The platter tasted like it was freezer brunt in the stuff crabs had bay leaves in it never heard of that before the oysters was Nasty. In the place was dirty .

Waitress stephanie was nice but was a terrible server. We had to get silverware from another table an constantly ask for refills an condiments. Good food but bad service

We had a group of 16. Provided excellent service. Only draw back was that they limited number of separate checks.

$300 bill for our table of 10 (3 were children) celebrating a graduation, and we brought a cake to share. Restaurant wanted to charge us $1 per person to cut our cake. Food was OK, not special at all. Will never go back!

Just recently moved to the area trying out new places. My wife and I went Sunday evening for dinner. Restaurant was not to bad, there is nice mural of the French Quarter surrounded you. Pictures of the food look great online and was very nice looking in person. The portion sizes are GREAT, but the food lacks flavor!! ABSOLUTELY NO TASTE. We took the majority of our food home and seasoned it and reheated in the microwave and it was BETTER at home then it was in the restaurant. Service was great!!! Just the foos is NOT AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS.

The shrimp Alfredo pasta wasn't to good wouldn't recommend but the seafood platter was amazing

I ordered boiled crawfish from here before and they were great. I ordered 5 lbs. tonight, at $5.99 per pound, and 75% of them were mooshy. Waste of money. This would have been 1 star if I didn't get good crawfish from Quarter View in the past.

This place was amazing. The crawfish were a great size and seasoned just right. A little kick to them but nothing to bad that an older kid or a kid who's been eating them since they were little could still them. The other people who got fried seafood, seafood salad and, a Hmaburger all enjoyed their food as well they were very accommodating and patience with us and our 9 month old. He was not be bad we wqs just full of laughs and wanted love and courious. Our server was on point. He anticipated our need and that was appreciated. The decor when you walk in really pretty but when you walk further in its like BOOM to you scences......BEAUTIFUL murals on the wall transporting you to the Quater. Jazz muscle playing. Then smell of food from the tables and kitchen. Other decorations that are just to n cute. Kept our 9 months Olds attention for a good while looking at it all. The bar is amazing withe the lighted bar. I'd recommend it after or very close to sun set too the full effect.. over restaurant good for anyone of any age. The bar which is fairly new and added on and separated by double doors would make a great date night

I've been here a total of four times. Twice I sat in and twice ordered to go. Each time the food and service was great and the portions were plentiful.

Good food and service, but doing construction on the restaurant while people are in it is probably a bad idea. It was very loud!

Charbroil oysters are to die for seafood platter is piled high and seasoned very well service is always wonderful

Waiter barely checked on my table and charged my card for her tip.

Food was ok but I ordered to go they told me 20 minutes. When I arrived they started cooking the food. I was told that is what they do because a lot of people don t show up or they complain there food is cold.

Seating was in reasonable time. It took awhile for waitress to come to table. Forever to get drinks. Waitress had lack of knowledge of menu and drinks. Food came out cold.

My food wasn't hot. The shrimp were not deveined. I deveined them at my table. Quite messy. Restaurant is loud. You can't talk to friends with all the noise. Not a pleasant experience. Will never go back.

We waited 1.5 hours and never received our food. We noticed people around us being served, even customer who arrived after us received their food. The owner Lena Pardo was unapologetic, and could care less about our business. I pray race wasn't the issue but whatever the reason, I will never return. I plan to tell everyone I know not to patronize this buisness.

Everything was great....Great food and outstanding service.... The food came nice and hot in a timely manner...This restaurant is at the top of my list... I would recommend Quarter View to any and everyone...
