In May 2013 I contacted Liz Worthington for assistance with launching the first employee engagement survey at Omaha Performing Arts (OPA). Liz quickly established trust as a business partner! She listened to my evaluation of the culture and to the senior team's vision for the desired culture. With the support of Aaron Brown and Bill Larsen, Liz captured my intellectual buy-in by emphasizing the science behind the Team Pulse survey and the key drivers to focus. She and Jason Lauritsen augmented my internal focus by renewing the senior leadership team's focus. Jason inspired with the best practices standard of Best Places to Work. We achieved double-digit improvements in several areas.

Quantum Workplace offers a great system for conducting employee surveys - it is easy to use and allows for great analytics. Their team was easy to work with on the setup and administration of our survey and will use them again.

The tools that are provided (software AND resources) are awesome and easy-to-access, easy to use. This is a great tool. The staff couldn't be more proactive and helpful during the entire process. Also, the ability to generate reports, slice and dice is extremely easy.
