So I went in today to apply with them and all 4 ladies were professional and respectful. They made it such an easy process with no hassle that I am looking forward to the process of finding work through an agency. I rarely hear good things about agencies that I was iffy on going but I m glad that I did because these ladies seem to know what they are doing!
They are a waste of time and Megan is unprofessional, impossible to communicate with, and doesn't actually seem to do anything. I'm able to generate more interest on my own. Don't bother with them.
I have never ever written a review but I just had to. Lorena the recruiter was nothing but helpful and professional. She has answered all my calls and answered all my questions and kept me updated. She got me an interview. Ive had a hard time landing a job due to my appearance. She did not discriminate me and treated me like any other person. I have to say I felt super welcomed. All the ladies there were very helpful and sweet. Please call Lorena as she will help you out as much as she can!
I met with the most beautiful and outgoing recruiter in Santa Clarita. Lorena was very helpful and knows what she is doing. The best agency by far that i have ever dealt with! Thank you Lorena you are great. I recommend this agency to everyone. I already got a job!!!!
Horrible customer service I have been trying to reach my rep Megan and it's been six months since she has not found any work for me and I've seen online that there has been job openings and I tried reaching out to her to see about these jobs and she could not even return my call back not even a message. The manager there Tinny was no help at all. Select Staffing has better customer service better reps and pays more. I give quantum staffing two thumbs down!!!!
I have tempt with Quantum several times. I was always treated with respect. Thayne is very helpful! I have worked for other agencies that didnt understand job requirements and sent me out on assignments I just wasn't a fit for! I always recommend this company to people needing work.
Megan is always rude always be assuming very unprofessional I give them a 0 star
This agency really sucks. They posted a job and I did app. Called this Monday and loreana didn't even know what job I was talking about. Then called back later that day and she seen that I did an app for the job. Called at 9 this morning Tues and never got back to me. I just called and know the job has been filled. This agnecy doesn't really take the time to help ppl get jobs.
The worse agency ever!! Never and I repeat NEVER apply to this agency... I absolutely wish this agency didn't exist anymore. They lie, have the worst attitude ever and it's super annoying. Megan is horrible!! And don't forget Tinny.... She is the absolute worst. They need to be fired. If I could, i would most definitely give them a negative star. I know writing a review won't do much unfortunately, but I hope it warns those who think about wanting to apply here to stay away.
