Let me just start by saying I have never been treated with such DISRESPECT by someone in my life. I get a phone call from a woman named Tina from this agency calling me and demanding that I owe her $764 for LVAC even though I cancelled my membership 6+ years ago and failed to receive any sort of mail, email or form of contact prior to this negative phone call. Tina was rude, unprofessional and condescending. NEVER give these people your money. Give it to the business they are demanding money from. I am Miss Nevada USA and I have no problem voicing my thoughts or opinions to others about my experience or to the BBB.

I have been working with quantum collections to pay off a 1000 dollar debt. I was on time every month with my payments, until my home was broken into and I was assaulted. I let them know of this and even though I only had 200 left once defaulted they shot my price back up to 1200 and placed it onto my credit. Their reasoning behind this was, we are a business first . How inconsiderate. Fast forward I ve been trying to get into touch with chad Curtis and left a voicemail MONTHS AGO to still receive no call back. I ve been calling nearly everyday. Stay away from this company by all costs. Even when trying to settle the debt by paying in cash they refuse to delete it from my credit report. They are horrible at response times, Love setting you up for BS lawyer fees, and the attitudes of the employees are disgusting.

Unfortunately didn't want to believe the reviews... who is running this business? And why are consumers using a unprofessional, shady, negligent collection agency.
On my first attempt to pay my debt ( $2,574.24 ) I was willing to pay in full, the customer service representative "Marisela" had no etiquacy and spoke as she own the place. I had to remind her not to take it personal. At the end of the conversation there was no resolution and she was not willing to take my money for exact balance... she wanted to stick me with extra fees!!! $400 of late fees? Thats repugnant. I want to speak to a professional.

Spoke to two separate people today with no help. They told me I had to leave a message for the supervisor who has yet to call me back from this morning. They basically told me the supervisor will tell me the same thing. Best part is my old insurance looked into it and I was not only billed for two visits but they also billed my PPO and not my HMO. The lady said I was lucky it just appeared on my credit report and if I don t pay it will stay there. Well I m glad they are helpful

While trying to verify a debt and why it has been reporting I was spoke too in a down right rude manner, when I asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor spoke over me, did not listen and argued with me about the documentation I am entitled to. She told me she didn't have to speak with me and promptly hung up when I asked to speak to the next level supervisor.

I understand their job is miserable but the aren't doing their clients any favors when they won't even speak with the people that supposedly owe their clients money.

I wish I could give no stars. The information that was relayed to me was incorrect and when I called back today(6\9\2020) to take care of the debt, I ended up speaking to this rude lady Gerilynn. I explained to her what was quoted to me the day before and she flat out told me that I was wrong and the misunderstanding was on my end. How you misunderstand the difference in paying 20% of the debt or the company only taking 20% off total balance due???? These people need to get it together, and the phone lady needs an attitude adjustment.
