I cannot say enough about Quality Service Company ...

I cannot say enough about Quality Service Company and their technicians. Specifically Matt and Casey. This summer the air conditioning on the 2nd floor of my sisters house stopped working. Matt came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem and got it working all-in-one day. Only to find out this past week that he experienced a family tragedy that day, just like I had. His professionalism during his personal stuggle was just amazing. Fast forward 6 months to this past week when the heat on the 1st floor broke. After 27 hrs, the home warranty company had not "found" anyone to come out and said I could try myself if I wanted. So I turned to Quality Service again and Casey was at the house 45 min later. After diagnosing the problem, and having coming out multiple times because the supplier sent the wrong parts, he was able to finally fix the problem. I'm not sure who was more upset ...me or Casey... he was genuinely upset we had to wait so long to have everything fixed. The entire situation was out of his control. Quality Service doesn't even begin to express this company!!! From the office staff...Mandy, to the boss Allen, the techs Matt and Casey (and his assistant)...and everyone else behind the scenes,,,THANK YOU!!! I will always call you for our HVAC problems and will absolutely recommend you to anyone who is in need.
