The food was good, the premises good, but jammed in seats in a too hot place getting damp. Better ventilation had been done

An absolutely fine hotel. Was awakened in the middle of the night by the fire alarm, but otherwise good. Comfortable beds, good views and windowed food.

They have the world's best breakfast, and generally amazingly good food. And, not least, wonderfully nice personnel.
It definitely needs a refurbishment, but with such good food and service, it is perfectly fine with a slightly tired interior :)

The location good and the breakfast is very good. Salmon to seafood and all forms make breakfast a joyful start to the day.

My stay at the hotel is tempting to repeat!
I got a room with a view and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony.
The service was attentive and knowledgeable.

Great hotel, unfortunately only one night, rooms okay, breakfast from just before 6 a.m., was great , only 5 minutes to the ferry to Denmark

Good location, ok service and decent standard in rooms

The hotel itself is in a good location, but the air conditioning was apparently broken or not used, so that it was very stuffy in the whole building. the windows in the rooms could only be opened very little. The beds were very soft, but the room was otherwise clean. The furnishing of the rooms is rather simple and the installations in the sanitary area are getting a bit old. The breakfast, which was very rich and fresh, was great.
Parking spaces were a bit difficult to get to, but the explanations at the front desk made it easy to get to free parking spaces. In the current case it was annoying that there is a large construction site directly behind the hotel with the usual side effects.

Tired, but they will soon be renovating.

Be on Christmas table with the job. Rigid price and freezing rooms. When we tried to say something about it, we got the answer that "it gets hot eventually". But it didn't. We were wandering icicles when we left ...

This hotel has old looks, still in the first half of the 20 century.

The hotel is cool. Of course, the food for the non-meat eaters is poor.

Very well located and exceptional staff, the only one but traveling with the dog gave us a room on the 4th floor and very far from the elevator, needed a couple of minutes from the room to the street and that for an animal is sometimes too much.

Here it is always good to be a guest! This hotel has a friendly personal service and I have stayed here on 3 occasions. A little secluded charm of a hotel. Decent room and good breakfast. Soon I have to test the restaurant too.

I've visited this hotel several times every year due to my business trips. Rooms are tidy, service is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good, tv and internet works well.

Nice hotel. We ordered a family room for parents and two small children; and got a really spacey room. The kids loves it, and we got plenty of room. Also, we had a double bed and a sleeping sofa. We put one child an o e parent in each, and all of us got a good night of sleep. Parking was said to be 80 NOK, but we got it for free. It is a short walk for a selection of food in the evening; and the complimentary breakfast was great; it had a variety of dishes; including sausages and pancakes that was perfect for the kids. Our eldest, at 5, also loved the smoothie-dispenser.

Worn hotel rooms need refurbishment. The beds need upgrading. Bad air in the room
