Other restaurants they own I'm sure are great, but why are all the Burger Kings consistently inconsistent with quality of service and quality of food in west Michigan?? The whopper is the best burger hands down.. that is if it isn't stale (bread) or cold by the time you get it. It has to be a management problem.. no other explanation as to why every BK they own (40+) has horrible service. Why QDI? How could you not notice this problem? Especially after having to close multiple locations over the past several years? Wake up..

Doors locked. AGAIN !! (Wanatah) We definitely will not be back. Ok so they are short handed. There was not one vehicle in the drive thru just us (2) and one other person trying ti go inside. We can do without Burger King.

They own all the burger kings in the area. They offer mozzarella sticks, but have the sauce for them literally less than 10%. You are currently guilt of false advertising, as you are advertising a product that in reality you do not carry. Hopefully someone sues you soon. There is lots of free money there for someone. TAKE THE MOZZARELLA STICKS OFF THE MENU YOU LYING DISHONEST THIEVES! Burger King should be furious with you. I used to think of decent food when I thought of bk. Now I just get angry that you liars are still in business.

I applied for a tech job at this company in Mishawaka. Interview and interactions went very well. Then I was Ghosted by them so not impressed after trying to sell me on working there. I suspect they were looking for cheap help over quality because of the job ads I saw them post months after this event. Thus would not have been a good fit for that reason alone and fits their business model.

I was interrupted twice while trying to give my order in the drive through. Then as I was giving my order the young lady interrupted me again and told me to stop yelling at her????????

Still waiting on a bonus I earned from about 2 months ago now. Know I hit my bonus because I was told by my district manager that I was getting 80% of it before I quit. I want to be contacted by someone but unfortunately the district manager, beto, nor the regional manager, Luis, wants to respond. I will be starting a case with my lawyer.
