The cafe is disgusting. Literally saw the same spider there for 3 days. Chairs are stained which is gross. The leather chair have had their seats bottomed out so you just sink into the chair which feels gross. The grill has never been fully cleaned(they sell cleaner to clean the grills but they clearly don t use it). The food makes me get so much heartburn, way more than McDonald s. The Starbucks is not to standard. All items in the Starbucks display foods are premade and just ok.

I don t know why in 7 years they haven t saved money to renew it again. If the cafe (a place where you get food prepared for consumption of employees and families) is this gross then what does that saw about the cleanliness of the hospital. They need new furniture and deep cleaned. It may look bright and open but when you look close it s filthy.

Despite the reviews in the post two weeks I was admitted to labor and delivery twice. My experience was not super of amazing due to the amazing team of nurses. They are working hard with this very busy baby season and all are me than helpful and polite. I appreciate each and everyone of them.

I went there after a hockey accident. They sewed a large piece of tooth inside my lip. I got it out myself the next day. Then when I went back a week later to have the stitches removed , they left one stitch in. On my second trip that day they removed the remaining stitch and I asked to speak with someone about my experience. The NP who sewed my tooth inside me was brought out and seemed amused. I m disgusted by the lack of professionalism.

Thanks to the nursing and healthcare staff on the 6th floor for the kind, compassionate care they gave my brother while he was in ICU. They went the extra mile to understand his autism and keep family members updated at 400 miles away all while delivering competent, professional care in the midst of a global pandemic.

I have called in several occasions to get my medical records and imaging sent to my PCP. After being transferred to several people I was finally able to talk to someone who was very helpful. Whoever takes care of imaging wasn t in and I would had to wait a couple days later. I ve called my PCP and they have yet to fax over my records & imaging even though it was sent STAT. Today I called again to follow up, and I had to leave another voicemail which I didn t since I still haven t received a call back from the first one I left on 8/12/21. If I urgently didn t need those records I wouldn t mind the wait but seriously it has been taking too long.

If you are going through some kind of Covid sympt...

If you are going through some kind of Covid symptoms do not make the same mistake I did with my father. The ambulance brought my father on August 28th 2021 to this specific hospital. Once he was accepted to the emergency room , the Hospital staff wouldn't allow me to see my father at all. Knowing my father I'm sure he was terrified and alone with no family member to be there for him. Later after 25 mins or so the staff called me to ask me about his insurance information and made me sign paper work. The hospital staff never advised me what kind of protocols they were going to take in terms of my fathers condition while he was in the emergency room they had him on an oxygen mask. Later that day they told me to go home. That same night they told me he was on a ventilator..without our consent. These hospitals give covid patients " Rem-des-sir-vir " and puts them on a ventilator which causes kidney failure and pneumonia which caused death. My father passed away on September 11, 2021. The Hospitals protocols are not to save life's but to cause death. One day and very soon these Hospitals and Big Pharma will be shut down for good. And I know in my heart that the Doctors and nurses will be going to jail for committing crimes against humanity. I ADVISE DO NOT STEP ONE FOOT IN HOSPITALS. If these Hospitals think they will get away with what they are doing to humanity they are wrong. JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED SOON.

Horrible hospital. A relative of mine stayed here after having a major back surgery and was a fall risk. There were multiple times where he needed help to get out of bed to get to the restroom and the nurses took 15-20 minutes to get to the room, sometimes never at all. I m sure the nurses are all tired and overworked due to the ongoing COVID situation but something has to be better managed here in terms of staffing where patients can be better tended too. Especially those as a fall risk. My next complaint was with the food being delivered (if it ever came as scheduled). He received molded cherry tomatoes and spoiled milk. After bringing it to the attention of the nurses they asked me if I wanted them to call the kitchen. I responded yes, because if they are serving spoiled food to patients they are going to get someone sick. This was not a positive experience and I would not recommend

Nice staff and nice rooms once you get seen. But the wait time is ridiculous. Got there at 5pm, wasn t seen until close to around 11:44pm, didn t leave until close to 1:30-2am.

They need better communication in the ER waiting room. I understand ERs have long wait times but i would like to have updates or just some form of communication. When other people went up to the window to see what the hold up was they just closed the window in their face.
