After a supplier left me in the lurch over a $15k + order, I had to look to other options in the Melbourne Region. Thankfully a supplier there had my back, but it was Quality Couriers that really saved the day for me.

After calling over 6-7 courier companies in Melbourne, Chris at Quality Couriers was prompt, efficient, friendly, and most importantly, affordable.

They say good customer service is how you resolve an issue, and without Quality Couriers this wouldn't have been possible.

Chris assisted me in collection of the parcel, providing all costs upfront, calling me once the parcel had been collected and delivered successfully, and practically assisted in saving my order.

Proper old fashioned service. They're prompt, and the drivers make more effort to give service than some of the others we use, where arrival and delivery is often late, and the better attitude of Quality Couriers' drivers perhaps a reflection that Quality treats them better than most. Costs a bit more, but well worth the extra dollar, as timing promises are kept on almost all deliveries. We have used them for more than a decade.

I have used Quality Couriers on average once a week for my photography business for over a year now and they are really great. All of their staff are super friendly and their service is second to none. Nothing is ever a hassle, my calls are answered out of regular hours and all this is done with a smile and personal customer care. I highly recommend Quality Couriers to anyone looking for a reliable, well priced courier with exceptional service.

Fantastic, Lass in office so efficient yet comforting and welcoming. All stress relieved - item collected at arranged time and delivered promptly and in great condition. Recommend them to all - large and small items.

Will use again when needed as I live in rural area - this presented no problem and very reasonable fee.
