Proper old fashioned service. They're prompt, and the drivers make more effort to give service than some of the others we use, where arrival and delivery is often late, and the better attitude of Quality Couriers' drivers perhaps a reflection that Quality treats them better than most. Costs a bit more, but well worth the extra dollar, as timing promises are kept on almost all deliveries. We have used them for more than a decade.
