One of the finest! Those who complains about them may be a victim of unfortunate circumstances. The personnel operating the Quality Aviation are highly responsible and courteous along with a professional attitude! Specially Noor Butt is the guy who has proved himself a great asset for the firm and a person of great services to every individual.

Had a really bad experience. Booked ticket through them mistakenly considering them as sastaticket personel as their interior have changed. Had to get the ticket refunded due to person reasons. They give false information on their UAN made me visit them twice and changed their words about refunded amount bwtwbet the two trips. Never ever going to visit the office again. A man is identified by his words. They are a failure in trust building.

Worst possible travel agents. Zero customer service.
I missed a return flight from Toronto because of them because they did not take the complete information from me (email address, second/Toronto contact number) while issuing the ticket. They then failed to be of any help when i tried getting a refund. The refund was due on them as i had purchased my ticket from them, instead they made me run around aimlessly one PIA office to another to get the status of my ticket changed, something which was their job being the travel agent/service provider. On top of that they never updated me or followed up with me when they said they would, making one excuse after another. Absolute worst. Go to any small, road-side travel agent, but do not go to Quality Aviation. You will regret it. There is absolutely zero thing of quality about them.

Awesome services and very expert, experience, cooperative staff especially Mr. Huzaifa. I am living in Toronto, Canada and with Mr, Huzaifa help I bought the emergency ticket in very reasonable price within quick time.

One of the best booking offices in the city. There has to be a parking facilitator.
