Worst possible travel agents. Zero customer service.
I missed a return flight from Toronto because of them because they did not take the complete information from me (email address, second/Toronto contact number) while issuing the ticket. They then failed to be of any help when i tried getting a refund. The refund was due on them as i had purchased my ticket from them, instead they made me run around aimlessly one PIA office to another to get the status of my ticket changed, something which was their job being the travel agent/service provider. On top of that they never updated me or followed up with me when they said they would, making one excuse after another. Absolute worst. Go to any small, road-side travel agent, but do not go to Quality Aviation. You will regret it. There is absolutely zero thing of quality about them.
