Pros: Sleeping Lounge, good varities of food from ...

Pros: Sleeping Lounge, good varities of food from pantry(also affordable) competitive salary, good team environment, can charge your phone, you can also play games, pc's to log in for social media accounts, youtube and etc.
They have training salary based on your working hours, unlike others na allowance only.

Cons: Takes out regular agents with a reason of the account not being stable, yet they let the newbies stay and even hire more. It's confusing and disappointing. Their OT hours for their main account is also...b*******.

They took 100 agents from our account, reprofiled them but had to take the versant exam to proceed to Product training which is absurd (Client is too strict maybe?). We're already with the company for almost a year yet we need to take another exam, when they knew that we're competent enough to be part of that account since we're from a pioneering account, the type of agent who has no script, purely English skills and critical thinking.

I miss my team and the fact that they end our contracts for this reason yet let the newbies stay and hire more is unfair.
I would say they're making a fool of themselves and their clients, if the client is ok with taking out the experienced ones in exchange for the new ones then he's sure to be out of business soon. Just saying.

The number 4799355 doesn't belong to qualfon already... please have the time to change this because my friend, the new owner of that number keep on receiving calls for qualfon. Approximately 50 calls a day, which includes calls on midnight... they keep on answer all calls believing that that call is an emergency. please have pity on them... they are volunteers and they cant afford to miss 1 call cause that might be a real emergency call... i hope this reach to qualfon philippines managent...thanx

Easy place to get accepted if you need experience ...

Easy place to get accepted if you need experience but don't stay longer than a year. Below industry salary a culture of corruption. Their previous HR manager joined Dynnino recently and things have gone downhill for that place as well. Ask anyone this call center is notorious for pay issues. To anyone planning to outsource don't go with this company unless you are fine with a high attrition rate and having newbie workers for your staff.

This building in front entrance guard full of disrespectful people not only they touch me sexual never going to this building again at-least Ayala and SM are much more respectful that this guard at Qualfon building, can't even comprehend that they can't even train the guard here to at-least be respectful of people entering the building.
