The food was great n the service was good. What they have hanging inside was an eye catcher for me. They had old cars n motor cycles hanging from the ceiling' pretty cool place if u ask me.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant chain anymore. The prices are sky high for what you get. Your paying for the name not the food. They have a few cool events throughout the year. But other than that i wouldn't go out of my way to ever come back to any of their locations. Think last time i was there i paid like $10 for 6 wings. Some of the drinks are $10 each. Rather go to the country club for those prices.

Most of the food is usually good, but the wings where to big, and hardly as any sauce on the wings, I called and told them about my wings and he didn't even offer to make anything right. So I just threw 25 dollars away, I don't mind paying allot if it is GOOD food!

Sad to see the decline of a once frequented establishment. In high school, my friends and I would visit all the time, it was always packed, especially on the weekends you could bet on an hour plus wait. We went in on a Friday night and there weren't many there. Once we got seated and ordered, the food took a good forty minutes to get to the table, for basic things that they would have prepared ahead of time, or things that can be prepared fairly quickly (i.e. wings, salad). In addition to the wait, they sat us directly in front of the kitchen entrance when there were *many* open tables in the restaurant. The wing sauce was still good, but the size of the wings was pathetic - extremely small, where do they find these chickens?!?! Add to that the prices for those wings was astronomical for what they were, I wonder when QSL will realize this - all this considered, there's not really a reason to go back. If I really want QSL wings, I'll just get some wings at the grocery store and buy the flavor of my choice QSL sauce readily available at any local grocery store and make them myself for half the price.

Over the last 20 years their corporate expansion has populated many places with replicas. This - the original - was always fun after golfing Yankee Run or on Bike Night. Over the last couple years quality has declined. We no longer make the trek as the last time it simply wasn't worth the drive. If you have NEVER been to the original and are near - GO, otherwise visit the one nearby, as the food here is no longer any better than the duplicates...

The food, service, and atmosphere were great, and the seating varies.
The details...
Food selection: A wide selection of "bar food", but includes also a good variety of healthier choices as well. They're known for their wings, but there's something for just about everyone. They also have a kids menu with a good selection of "reliables", which also includes milks.
Food quality: All of our food was thoroughly cooked and presented fresh. Healthy portion sizes.
Atmosphere: There are all sorts of vehicles and car memoribilia hanging from the walls and ceiling. Casual & somewhat cozy, but not intimate. There is the restaurant area, which we we're in, and also a sports bar area, which we did not experience.
Service: We have always had great service.
Seating: High and low tables. The tables are a little small... Ours felt cramped (but adequate) with all of the stuff they normally have on it, plus our food.
Location & parking: Easy to find. Plenty of free parking.

My family and I were there mid July 2013. Even though it was not busy, we were sat in a area of the restaurant that had no air conditioning during a heatwave. I also did not care for the wings. There was too much sauce on them. You couldn't taste the chicken. Our waitress was too busy talking with the kitchen staff than properly waiting on our table. We had to ask for napkins and drink refills. Even though a bar was in the same room and it was a table of 6 over age adults, we were never once given a drink menu or asked if we would like an alcoholic beverage. The seating is uncomfortable plastic lawn chairs that you can find just about anywhere for $5-10 a piece. The building looks old and dilapidated and is in much need of a renovation. Even though there is a large nostalgia factor to this restaurant, I will not return.

Extremely long wait. Service was good but it looks like there has been some cost cutting measures that has reduced the overall experience. Every time I visit from across the country, I visit the original, sad to say I've been disappointed the last few times. I always purchase new merch, but they didn't have my size (LG or XL) and only a few styles. No sweatshirts at all. Unfortunately, it looks like they are on a downward path.

Terrible. They changed the inside which is fine but the food wasn't the same, didn't taste good at all. Then they had a group in that was watching football which is also fine but one of the individuals in the group was so loud and obnoxious. Dinning experience was terrible. Friendly staff though.

The wings aren't what they used to be back in the 90ies...kinda dated look..service was okay..wings were pretty small compared to other places...wish they had better seating like Tullys and the seafoid place had back in the days..

Food was good but we were there during happy hour and waiter was not well informed on drink specials and we ended up paying more for two draft beers. We were also disappointed in their new pricing for wings... Charging extra for a split order on the sauce and no longer have buckets!!

Used to be the place to be, idk what happened? Food on the buffet was terrible. The wings were okay, just add your own sauce from a super sticky bottle. The pasta was aweful and the deserts we're equivalent to the nasty ones you find at a Chinese buffet. This place used to be the hayday of the college crowd but literally nothing has changed here in the 20 years since I came here every week for all you can eat wing nights. Same old music, onions in everything, same dirty restaurant. I understand that all the effort has gone into their new franchises but if your not going to keep this one appealing then put it out of it's misery.

Best wings on earth! Unfortunately, they discontinued Ranch flavor - which was one of their best. Wings aren't priced by number of wings - but by lbs.

A 1lb serving is 5-6 wings.
A 2lb serving is 10-12 wings.

Our waitress was very friendly. She brought us our drinks with bendy straws (with our favorite colors to coincidentally). After we ate she brought us wet wipes and a twizler stick. Our food was good, well portioned etc. They have a pretty good selection of foods, with wings being a specialty (the best wings in the US according to them). They offer a good amount of choices for sauce ranging from not spicy at all to triple atomic. Definitely worth a stop.

I had a very nice experience here. The food was pretty good. Our waitress was awesome. Table was sticky and the silverware had water spots but they fixed it right away. At the end the watress opened warmed wet wipes for us. This was pretty nice. I say you should make a stop here and get some food. Good place.

The wing buffet is great and price is cheap compared to ordering wings by the dozen. I've been there twice now for it and doesn't disappoint. Make sure you get a slice of the oreo cookie cake too. It's delicious.

Wing restaurant. Holds Guinness book world record for restaurant with most additions. Over 32 different dated, wood paneled rooms to eat in. Great first stop before full time travel back to early 80's at kraynak's.

Not too keen on this place, the prices are very high, you get little for your money, the place is unkempt at times and if I want good wings or something else I'd definitely recommend Danny's in sharpsville or lock stock and barrel in sharpsville, they put this place to shame along with thier over priced menu.

Food was great, biggest problem was the waiter was to busy watching the Browns game and didnt attented to us very often. We sat for 29 mins waiting on our refills. Then once we got our refills and it was time to pay the check we sat there for another 25 mins waiting for him to collect , once he did he gone for another 20 mins as our table looked back into the offset room him and 3-4 other employees were standing there watching the game. When he came back he said sorry your credit card was giving me issues... Just pathetic it took us longer to get out if there after the meal than it did to finish our meal.

We were disappointed in the service and the food. I went to college nearby over 20 years ago and this was our hangout spot for beer and wings. Service then was the best. Now it is being run by young management that needs revamped. Threw 60 bucks out the window and would much rather go to Austin town or Warren Quaker.
