Quadron Business Park Ltd. (Formerly DLF) Review

Although the road to phase 1 Hinjawadi are now widened but reaching to phase 2 and 3 is still a problem. Quadron Business Park is nicely built architecture and is quite big.

One of the best places to work in Pune. Lush green gardens, nice food court, ample parking space and great crowd.

It should be renamed to finance hub due to all financial companies here. Good that it has bus stops nearby and metro coming in as well.it gets crowded and lot of traffic during evening due to rush hour.

Big office complex, Grand Canteen, Ample car parking !

Descent workplace with many offices. Good food court and nice scenery around office (especially during monsoon). Parking can be a challenge quite often. Commute can be another challenge as this place is far away from city and Hinjawadi roads are usually congested.

Good one but they should improve parking and move the water recycling plant far from building..

One of the best IT park in the city. Ample amount of parking space and Variety of food choices available in common cafeteria(Q-Cafe). Infrastructure wise also it is good.

On weekends you won't get food in cafeterias here..

It is IT business HUB ,you can travel from Pune station to Quadron by PMT every 15 to 30 min.
From Hinjewadi you come with help of local transport/ PMT (10 to 20 ).

I have been working here from past two years in Cognizant technology solutions. They regularly conduct fire drills for employee safety, also have good eateries nearby like subway and Domino's. Parking is also sufficient

this office camlhs houses IT bigwigs like Cognizant, Barclays, EClearx, TCS etc.
Lush crafted gardens, a plight of stairs upto the cafeteria, decent parking space, this makes upto to be a happening office space.

It hub for many tec companies like Cognizant, Barclays, e-clerk

It's a nice workplace with large cafeteria (q cafe serving variety of food menu)

I would recommend gulab jamuns of delhi swad and chai of chai point of Q cafe. The place is little crowded so best timing to visit is before 12:30pm and after 3:00 pm.

Ambience is good with amazing gardening being carried out. Food seems overpriced in cafeteria.

I got trained here in Q4 cognizant office. The Q4 cafe offers all varieties of food whuch are famous across India for a meaningful price. Even the maintenance of the garden and buildings is very nice. Parking lot structure is very nice. It have mountains behind it which gets more natural views

I hate infrastructure somewhat. But overall you can say good. But it is best for Day Job employee. After 9 pm you wont find all lifts are working and after 10pm cafet get close so no more food variety and quality is also jot best but good you can say. I hate infrastructure of staircase. It is the worst ever I say. It feels like we are fracture while walking.

The infrastructure is good but now as more and more people are coming in, finding parking and a place in cafeteria is a big headache. Also they say it's wifi enabled but haven't been able to connect to the wifi network yet.

This is working place not for outsiders ..
Canteen is 2* out of 5 meaning not good..
They are minting money at our cost

Best place to work pleasant environment rather than eon it park and sp info city ,pure nature.....but u will hate the traffic to get there.... government should come up with solution as early as possible

I worked here..nice ambie..and food court is good..problem is with transport...specially on.weekend..the frequency of.public.transport.is veryy.less

Speed breakers are not good for car suspension, there is no one to control the speeding motor bikes inside the premises

Good complex with a nice view. Bad points though is no covered car parking, narrow roads leading to the building though it is a common feature all across pune this particularly leads to severe traffic jams

Old construction, not many options. Has 4 to 5 companies. Consist of 4 buildings, Q1 to Q4
