Wanted to start quad biking and had no plan.

In this shop I was informed extensively about the advantages and disadvantages of quad driving. (To hear the disadvantages of loading a quad is brave ... everyone wants to sell something in the end) For quads and parts you are still the best and only choice.

All employees nice and answered all questions. Repairs without defects.

It can only get crowded at peak times on weekends. It would be better to make an appointment. But patience is required in every car stall!

Very good prices fast delivery and so far always been everything right.
Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star because when opening my package my right side mirror was unfortunately loose in the package. The packaging of the mirror was curiously wise next to the mirror but opened.

You have to say THANK YOU again if it was really perfect. I bought an ACCESS 8.57 EPS used 6 weeks ago. Unfortunately, only @ home found that the LED daytime running lights do not work on both sides, circumferentially. Gone stupid. Found this dealer in the net and contacted via mail. The master asked for photos of the previous service intervals, frame number, mileage and the damage picture and promised to take care of a guarantee service.
2 days later, the OK from him. The following day via mail, "the complete headlights are on both sides for free exchange"
That said, the new headlights were mounted within 45 minutes.

Of course, because of such customer-friendly behavior, I will know which one will be my first choice dealer.

I had a little fall with my Leoncino 500 Trail, so some parts had to be replaced (handlebar weights, shifters, etc.). What I liked about the online shop of this company was that all parts of the motorcycle were offered (if not in stock, ordered by the importer). The parts were with me in no time. Prices quite fair.

Tried to inform me about quads by phone, unfortunately unwelcome been abgewimmelt. Pity, have now bought elsewhere.

You get everything there but I was delivered more than once the wrong package and then it is a big back and forth running only to know if the right package is now on the way

Very competent and good advice. A very friendly team - can really recommend the company.

Bad advice, after repeated repairs which caused major damage. Rude staff or mechanics.
Have now changed the workshop and since then the machine has been running perfectly. No problems for about 1 year before I was in the workshop several times a month because it didn't fit.
Unfortunately only 1 star.

Have ordered twice so far. Get everything exemplary every time.

Well what can I say ...
If you have a return, you will be left out in the rain. You have to go through a procedure that is not up to date. It is easier to make a complaint in a cheap China shop!
That needs to change! A customer always has the right to return an item if it meets the conditions. You shouldn't bully your customers into filling out awkward pages, etc.
You take an article back and if it was sent back as expected by the shop, that is: in the original packaging and unused! the shop must also refund the purchase price.
There are also cheaper alternatives. Because even the parts in the shop are only produced in Shanghai and Co. Something is, of course, beaten properly ...
By email you are portrayed as a "dumb" "ignorant" customer and your own parts are declared as the non-plus-ultra ... really funny.
But they can really forget me as a customer. I prefer to buy the cheaper part elsewhere, even if it is not that durable.

After irritations with incorrectly identified brake pads, a super-goodwill performance was provided, again and again.

Almost 2 hours drive were really worth it. Overwhelming service. Comprehensive advice. Very friendly staff. Enthusiastically driven home again. Renewed visit and purchase already in planning.

For the fifth time now I have ordered original spare parts for my Kymco Maxxer 450i from Quad Company.
The ordering process is super easy based on the explosion sketches. Select part, click, shopping cart, PayPal paid and even with parts that are not immediately available, my DHL package was with me within about 3 days.
I thank you for the great work of the staff, who always emailed me a shipping confirmation. Everything super customer-oriented. I am extremely enthusiastic and will continue to buy my original spare parts here in the future.

I had imagined more. It looks very big but is really small

I've been waiting for my package for 2 weeks!
Out of 10 parts ordered, 2 parts were suddenly no longer available after a week and when the package finally arrived, the content consisted of 4 out of 8 parts.
Was my first and last order from the Quad Company!

Extremely good service, very customer friendly and very personal, individual and very good advice.
Can you just recommend it. Just note: plan an appointment as far in advance as possible (about 1/2 - 1 month) because long waiting times. But it's worth the wait!
When changing tires you can bring yourself mature, which are then mounted there.
