The nearest place from baku 1.5 hour with good location near the forest, near the ancient castle. hotel service average. considering the price it may be a bit better.

Very nice place. Everything is available, SPA, massage, few pools, sport, kids playground. Excellent deign. Netural mineral water right from the springs. No mosquitos in the night. Good restaurants with tasty food. Amazing views on the nature. View on the Caspian from the mountains horizon sea is incredible. Prices are quite expensive, but worth it for couple of days to relax!
