Shopped at PriceCutter on Grant and Commercial. I was getting ready to check out. The checker didn't say good afternoon, she said nothing and started ringing up. I said hello and how is your day. She said NOTHING in return. She then told me my total. I paid and said thank you have a good day... She said nothing and looked away. I told her she should say hello and have a nice day... She said , "I don't have to say a damn thing to you". It is employees like this that give PriceCutter a bad name ... So disappointed.
These guys are the most expensive grocery chain in Springfield, yet can't afford to pay minimum wage to employees. They hoodwink people into working for them by lying about the starting wages, then hiding the Forced company owned union until after you start work.
After dues, even working full-time, 1 week out of every year, you work for free.
No employee benefits at all. They treat employees like 3rd word slaves.
