Agent is connected immediately and every time the call is made. Best experience in each call. All of my friends/cousin I referred, are happy with the quality of service and they already been with the agency/agent for more than 2 years. Another best part is, when I don't know what to decide on certain factors/coverage, agent recommends the best based my requirements and also his vast experience dealing with customers like me. So I am very delighted to continue be with this agency/agent.

Best agent and agency I've had. Works hard to find out what you need for your situation and then get you the best price for it. He gives you things to think about but doesn't pressure you into buying anything. So important to have someone you can trust! Very responsive to claims and walks you through the process too.
