Waited 2 hours and 40min and still waiting for our order to be delivered!!!

Good food for the price. No big eater for two is also possible to share a big citizen. Saves money again, for people with a modest budget and a modest hunger. Nice service.

I would rate 5 stars, were it not for the fact the location which delivers here was closed. The food is very good with a wide selection. Burgers of course are great but so are the ribs. But since they no longer can deliver to me it is just one star, fix it and I will change to 5*

This was terrible.

I've never gone out of my way to choose what seemed like an authentic 'American Diner like' restaurant (I should not have judged the book by it's cover), but I should have just gone to the local stores.

We waited 2 hours and 20 minutes. I had already received the 'How was your dinner, please rate it' email from Thuisbezorgd (delivery site) before we could eat.

After an hour, we called, and they said it'll be here in 20 min.

Another half hour after that, we called again and they said they would look into it, then the phone line went dead...

When we then called back a third time, they said they were in the kitchen right now and that the food would be with us in 10 minutes. Regardless it did not take 10 minutes. So in other words, they forgot about our food, and lied about it.

When it finally arrived, there was no salad (as should have been the case), the ribs were super tough (not sliding off the bone) and one of the 4 of us, got sick from the food.

Great place! Will definitely be going there again next time.

I've never had this bad of an experience ordering food online.

Have a delicious burger delivered. We had no idea that the Big burger would be that big, the lady burger next time.

Good place to eat some burgers. Nice atmosphere, quick service and friendly staff. Burger is ordinary, but the taste is good. The big burger (250 grams) are really big and in combination with the served fries this is a decent meal. Burgers are well topped and the ingredients are fresh. Fries are bit salty though but the overall experience is good.

The burgers and fries have changed recently, and are not that great anymore. Still fine for a quick bite and/or a drink

De hamburgers zijn heerlijk maar de spare ribs waren simpelweg niet lekker... Maar waarom maar drie sterren? Ik vond de zaak een beetje viezig binnen. De bar plakte een beetje, en de menukaart ook. Achter de bar oogde het alsof ze nodig een sopje over de spullen mochten halen. Ik zou wel terug komen voor die burger, als de tent lekker schoon is....

Overall, a clear recommendation. The burgers are available in three different sizes. Lady is already enough for the normal hunger. The way is quite big, probably around 200 + grams. Both burgers were very good in taste. Chips freaky, but so not so soft in the middle. Overall, the service was very good. The wait was quite long, for that we were there at 18:00 clock and not much going on. If the review helps please thumbs up;)

The burger lovers cannot ignore it, here you have to make a choice at least once from the wide variety of top quality burgers. Absolute must.

When you go to a restaurant which specializes in burgers and they tell you you can not have a burger medium rare because they are already well done, then your appetite for a burger is gone. Instead of leaving, we chose spare ribs. Bad choice. They are also obviously well done in advance and reheated for who knows for the how many times.
Not a nice place to go for good food.
On a positive note, the service was friendly and drinks ok.

In the beginning I was completely away from it, finally fresh burgers .. But unfortunately that changed very quickly, the meat does not taste like before, it tastes extremely stale for me so I'm constantly gagging. I hope your meat tastes good in the future because this is a shame: (
