This was terrible.

I've never gone out of my way to choose what seemed like an authentic 'American Diner like' restaurant (I should not have judged the book by it's cover), but I should have just gone to the local stores.

We waited 2 hours and 20 minutes. I had already received the 'How was your dinner, please rate it' email from Thuisbezorgd (delivery site) before we could eat.

After an hour, we called, and they said it'll be here in 20 min.

Another half hour after that, we called again and they said they would look into it, then the phone line went dead...

When we then called back a third time, they said they were in the kitchen right now and that the food would be with us in 10 minutes. Regardless it did not take 10 minutes. So in other words, they forgot about our food, and lied about it.

When it finally arrived, there was no salad (as should have been the case), the ribs were super tough (not sliding off the bone) and one of the 4 of us, got sick from the food.

Great place! Will definitely be going there again next time.

I've never had this bad of an experience ordering food online.

Avoid this place at all costs.
