I worked there for a few months and had a great experience. I had to leave only do to personal issues. I worked 2nd shift in the clean room. My supervisor was great and everyone was friendly. It is a very clean place to work because it's medical. It is also climate control. It's the perfect place to grow if your a hard worker. If I ever need employment I would not hesitate to go back. I'm glad I found Putnam Plastics.

They offer a gym for people working at their facilities. There is also significant growth in the company, and they have promised that all their jobs will stay in America. One thing that I found excellent was how they promote diversity and offer an equal opportunity to anyone who may want a job with them. On the downside, I remember being sexually harassed here, as well as, had alcohol sprayed on me. Several of my colleagues and I went through being sabotaged and being forced to comply against safety regulations. Because of how the second shift technician treats you, and the machine, I would consider this as a hazardous duty job. My supervisor was supposed to direct me on how to report anything on the computer to human resources or higher management, but he had never shown me. The supervisors are either shy and inappropriate, casually swearing and laughing at fellow employees, or insubordinate to their manager. It was not uncommon for the supervisors or technicians to test subordinate employees and make jokes about how they would react. For example my last week here, I was told that I could not use the microwave at lunchtime. I could not respond to this because I would not be able to report it, and if I could the report wouldn t go through until I had already left the facility. Human resources never gave me a promised quarterly bonus check; it is most likely in the hands of a higher-up in management.
Nonetheless, when you have a facility acting with bad tempers and ill professionalism, do not expect the highest quality of products. Many numbers on the quality sheets are faked, medical tubing is commonly picked up from the ground, and it was not uncommon for someone to have a metal mandril whip into their face because technicians did not allow the operators to change anything with the machinery. They do have perfect scores on their audits, but I had also heard my supervisor brag about how water used to drip into the clean room when it rained. If you ever wanted to see how a modern-day sweatshop operates, here is the perfect place!
