The crew arrived on time every day. They were very responsive to my questions and my needs. They never acted like i was a burdon. They assisted me thru each step of the process and made suggestions when appropriate. They final work was impressive to say the least. Very high quality craftsmanship. In the event of another disaster (gawd forbid) they are the first call i will make.
I had a water leak that damaged about 6 of ceiling and got the floors all wet. They did a good job of getting everything dry but the repairs of the ceiling and walls was terrible. It took 2 weeks to get done. We had a different person everyday coming to work on it. They didn t show up on days they said they would be there. They said they finished and the work was awful. Finally they had to hire a subcontractor to come and finish the work. I won t use them again for any repair work.

Had water damage and insurance contracted a company to do the water/mold removal, but they wouldn't be able to start until the next day. Purofirst was going to be the repair company, after the water/mold company had finished and when I asked if they were able to come out that night and do both the water/mold removal and then the repairs, they told me they would be at my house in 2-3 hrs to start the process. I called the insurance company and had the claim switched so Purofirst could do it all. They helped on another water damage issue and the professionalism, responsive time and assistance was outstanding. Very helpful and always there when I need them.

There was a terrible tragedy at my aunt's apartment building. And we had Purofirst come in to clean up the bio hazard. The painting was substandard. (they painted over the outlets and switches) and the paint itself looked like primer. A comment two other painters mentioned when I got estimates to fix Purofirst's work. But the worst was when they cut a large section out of the wood floor without speaking to me before hand and then left! For two weeks I assumed they would come back and finish. But I was wrong, they sent a bill to my aunt's insurance and said they were done. I called Purofirst about the floor and was told that to replace the wood would be extra. Their price was the highest of three bids. I finally got my aunt's insurance to cover the cost of replacing the section of floor Purofirst cut out, but obviously went with another company to finish the floor. No, I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Rich and his team are consummate professionals, who greatly assisted my family during a very scary mold discovery in our new home. The mold was toxic to one of our children, and from the beginning they aggressively helped us keep our family safe. I felt I was always informed, and they worked with us cooperatively and reassuringly throughout every step of the remediation and restoration. They helped in communicating things to our insurance agent and were patient with us when we were emotionally overwhelmed.

Deserve less than a star. Siding came off our house. Insurance company said they have business with this company often. Our agent had Kyle Jennings call us from purofirst. We made an appointment. All was good so far. Then another storm passed through and more siding came off. A critter dug into the house were the siding was missing. I called Kyle which I got no answer so I left a message asking for a call back to talk about possibly getting him to come out sooner. He never called back. I called again two days later and still no answer. So I left a message telling him we are choosing a different company to go with due to lack of communication and we won t be needing his services. He called the day the appointment that I cancelled was supposed to be, informing me that he was on his way. So I sadly had to explain to him that if he answered his phone or listened to voicemails he would have heard me say that I don t want his business for that reason. He is no longer welcome to come. Communication is key in a good business. Mine is not the only case of poor communication. Will not recommend to other people.

I noticed my basement was flooded on a Monday at 12:30 pm in the afternoon. By 2:30 Jordan and Dan arrived and did fantastic work. They got the water removed, located the pipe leak, removed the dry wall and any other needed material, sprayed the area and got the fans going. They cleaned everything up and were done by 6:30. I couldnt have asked for better service, quality, or professionalism. A big thank you to Jordan and Dan for all they did and will continue to do to complete this project.

Shane and Purofirst were awesome to work with. I was dealing with a first time homeowners claim on an AC and thousands worth of damage. I called Shane Monday morning and he had his guys out by Monday afternoon drying out the house. The guys were there for hours in 95+ degree heat and never once complained. I was visibly a little shaken by the whole scenario and the guys were so understanding and walked me through the process (a few times). Once I got the AC fixed the painters came back to fix the house and went above and beyond what they needed to do to get me up and running and looking awesome. I had multiple conversations with them about what might look best and they were great to talk through it with. And their work looks awesome. Everyone had my garage code and were constantly in and out with no problems. They were also sweet to my dog which was a huge plus. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I have any issues, I ll definitely be calling Shane!

David Jones & his team out of Louisville did a spectacular job after a pipe froze in the attic of our home and sprayed nearly 30,000 gallons of water in the house over a 3-4 day period the weekend before Christmas. They were extremely professional and timely, keeping us up to date on the status of the project the entire time.
We had a pipe bust in the wall behind our kitchen that leaked into the crawl space and caused some major damage and mold throughout that corner of the house. Geddy was great. Good service and communication. They were also very tolerant of our two dogs and one-year old running around them. Highly recommend!

Getty and Nick (plus Joe, the claims specialist) arrived on time to start the restoration following water damage caused from a leak at the spigot for the water line going to my refrigerator. Damage to both the kitchen floor/walls and to the ceiling, walls, floor and furniture in my basement. This is my second experience with Purofirst and just like my first time, they are prompt, professional and extremely easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this company! After my hot water heater rusted out in my finished basement, Purofirst responded quickly. I talked to them in the morning and they started work that afternoon. Within 1 week they had dried the carpet/floors, replaced the padding, re-affixed the carpet, painted the walls, replaced the baseboards and cleaned and treated the entire basement carpet. Very professional group and very responsive. Thanks to Joe, Sam, Dan and Justin! Job well done! I highly recommend

Final bill was 50% higher than what was quoted. If you don t have the ability to give an accurate quote you shouldn t give one at all. I feel taken advantage of in a time of need. Not a good way to treat customers.

beware this company s business practices are less than transparent. i had them come out to assess the damage to my property. at no point was i advised there would be a fee associated with the consultation. later i received a bill for over a hundred dollars, even though no actual work had been done.

Not more than 24 hrs had passed when they arrived, assessment of damage and to work right away is how I experienced the progress and professionalism of this team. The can do attitude that Samantha and Christian displayed made me feel like I could trust in their service. As a matter of fact, when she asked would I like to check their work, I said no. Not only did they did a fantastic job on the bedroom, they also corrected a couple of unfinished business from previous incident from 2018 due to someone else's incompetence. You didn't go wrong when you hired those two, believe me! Kudos to that team. You All are lucky to have such blessings. Again thank you Sam and Christian. Keep up the great work
