I have 4 week trening in Kay international sonipat. I am interested for job quality or production
Kay International ltd manufacture great varieties of Blowers with excellent quality, 101% customer satisfaction. And the best brand out there still has yet to be mentioned. Kay International is the only manufacturer, as far as I know, to make greatest quality of blowers. That means they make less noise, are more efficient & most powerful blowers on the market. In my humble opinion. You will never see a Kay International's blowers in a repair shop. charan singh
Company runs on their employees money. There was time long long back when eveybody used to praise Kay roots blower for their quality, performance and cost-effective. And now is the time where condition has gotten worse as company is saving money by debiting employees money, not giving full-n-final post resignation, not giving bonus, no gratuity, nothing. Also delivery period of the product very poor, quality- very poor, proffessionalism wise- very poor, client response- very poor. I feel pity how they treat their employees and clients and take advantages of their situations. I will never ever recommend anyone to join this company untill and unless change happens.
Company is well equipped with required & latest machinery & their internal quality control system also found in order. However location is bit remote (better to come with own vehicle or cab booked for full day) with limited network (Airtel only), slow in documentation part; consumed lot of client's time in documentation.
Now a days the company service support are not up to the mark,follow-up for material delivery has been increased ,no customer feedback is evidenced from Mumbai sales and marketing persons. Lead time for offer and other feedback are mostly delayed.
I want to work in this company please tell me how can I apply for quality and production department please anyone
