I had a charge on my pay pal acct that I thought was not authorized. I spoke with Robert. He was very polite and professional. Checked my history and explained that I had unintentionally (on my part) signed up for auto-ship, which I never, ever do. Anyway, I am usually very vocal when I am frustrated, but the way Robert explained it and as nice as he was, there was no way I was going to be anything other than a satisfied customer. Robert is a definite asset the Purity Products, and I am a continuing customer due to Robert!!

3 WEEKS LATER NO VITIMINS I CALL TO FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON
THE LADY TELLS ME ONE VITIMIN IS OUT OF STOCK AND THA'S WHY
MY ORDER DIDN'T SHIP SPENT 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE TO GET THINGS RIGHT NOT EXAGGERATING
WE AGREED TO CANCLE THE VITIMIN THAT'S OUT OF STOCK REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER AND SHIP THE ORDER
TODAY 8/31/21 I GET A DELIVERY FROM THEM WITH 1 VITIMIN THAT'S THE VITIMIN WE REPLACED
I CALL TO FIND OUT WHEN IS THE REST OF THE ORDER GOING TO BE SHIPPED THEY TELL ME IT'S BEEN CANCELED
I WAIT 20 MORE MIN TO TALK TO A MANGER WAIST OF TIME
HE TELLS ME SORRY IF YOU WANT I CAN PLACE THE ORDER AGIAN
NO THANKS IT'S FUNNY THE OWNER JEN LEVIN I THINK THAT'S HIS NAME GIVES A NICE MESSAGE ON THE RECORDING WHEN YOU CALL
THAT HE APPRCEIATE THE BUSINESS YOU DON'T APPRCEIATE NOTHING AND YOU COULD'NT CARE LESS ABOUT ANY CUSTOMERS AND YOU PROVED IT TO ME EACH TIME I CALLED KEEP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU'LL RUN OUT OF THEM SOONER THEN YOU THINK YOU HAVE MY MONEY FOR NO GOOD REASON SEND ME BACK MY MONEY

I really like the customer service that the Purity Company has provided for it s customer. The company has a great customer service department that is helpful and supportive. I m very happy with the quality of Purity s Suppliments.

I didn't find the ingredients to my liking or as of necessity. Too many extracts. The reason why I'm writing the review is not because of the product. I have it, but I only took one dose so I can't say much about it one way or another. It is the company. When I tried to get out of the enlistment, being that they automatically take payments, twice they offered me new products if I stayed. The second time I insisted "Sir, I don't want it. I don't want to be charged anymore. I don't need it. I just want to get this over with and move on." The guy goes away and still tries to pitch me on another way to get money from me. At that I told him "This is the 3rd time, and I told you I didn't want to be pitched to anymore." He responded "I have to, it's my job." I responded, "ok, I'm going to write a review, but you need to find another job. I wouldn't want to be on the end of someone's frustration just because it's my job. You need to find a job where people feel good whether they want your product or service or not." Literally, I told him that. Poor guy. But pushy companies lose future customers. Now I won't want to go back to them even if I thought about their product. It's not worth the headache.

I have had an excellent experience so far with Purity Products in working and adjusting my subscription. The Customer Service was extremely helpful and offered even further incentives for savings.

I am not able to pick zero star for this company. The horrible customer service would betrayed you and charged your credit card for the products that you did not agreed upon. This products has no value for me and wasted time and money. I asked to cancel my promotion of pure dishonest promotions. They keep trying to charge my credit card. The customer service by the name of Cindy is horrible. Never to call this company for anything.

I had the most pleasant experience conversing with Marcez today. He was proficient, patient, professional, attentive & easy to talk to! REFRESHING, especially since we're not attended to by human beings anymore, but by digital assistants. He walked me through opening my online account, listened to my needs, then made recommendations that literally had me salivating because it sounded sooo Good! Yup, yes he did, made me smile, took the load off n got me comfortable! Marcez, we need more Customer Relational Pros like You! Bravo Purity for not only quality products, you're personnel is stellar & knowledgeable! 5*s!!!

Talked with Sheneiza today and she moved some shipment dates back for me which was critical for my personal financial situation. I had recently lost my job and had been out of work for 2 months. Sheneiza was responsive to my needs, quickly took action and even gave me a loyalty/hardship discount on my next shipment because of my lack of employment.
