Great location, brilliant value for money, nice restaurants, friendly staff, neat and tidy rooms, manicured grounds, right on the beach. At $130 per night this was the best value beachfront hotel going around and will not disappoint. Go for it.

For the place where this hotel carries a classic place with Balinese ornaments that are still thick with culture, the services provided are quite good with supporting existing facilities, but for the quality of food given in my opinion the quality and presentation are not good enough to pay attention to portions and taste

Horrible and worse experience ever the room smell so bad the bed and bellow are disgusting the room is not clean at all the food is bad plus i came here for healing and rest but there was construction going on it was so noisy instead of healing i got more stressed , yes they have good location and good swimming pool but for me Cleanliness is very important and they lacking so much in this even the everyday room service dont clean at all sigh i don t recommend this hotel to anyone i wished if i can sheck out and find another hotel but im lacking in cash.

I was kind of out off staying here by the reviews and if you re devastated by the sight of a slightly askew soap holder don t stay here because it has its niggles. BUT it s tremendous value, the pool is clean and has a bar, the beach is right in front, and an Italian guy has a nice little pizzeria. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms have been renovated and are crisp and clean. Great value option.

The rooms booked by the travel agency's campaign are musty and the blind garden or narrow garden (and the trash is falling) are surrounded by high fences and they are clogged up and they can not stand, so they are upgraded for a fee I moved to a cottage near the pool. To get into the city of Seminyak, walk around. Of course there is no bustling activity like Kuta, and it is a bit scary because the men are hanging around in places.

Very nice Balinese style staff very kind and helpful. On the other hand the walls of the rooms are like paper the doors slap constantly and we hear 7am in the morning people talk even 40m from the room damage if you want peace and quiet take a minimum bungalow, for restoration forget!

The breakfast was great as well, and they have pork bacon which is the first time I experienced in Bali.
Swimming pool is quite big in open area near the beach and my kids love it.
At night if you are craving for food, there are lots of option nearby especially in the beach area.
Our Room were big and we got a balcony that facing the garden which but make sure to lock the door because insects or mosquitos can enter you room. However, the hotel provide an electric mosquito repellent which is nice.
One thing minor is the water from the tap or shower which is a little bit salty but still okay to use.
Overall, it was a great place with a decent rate in Seminyak area.

My partner and I stayed at Puri Saron last week. I would never normally write a review of bad service but after I got Bali Belly and no assistance I feel like I need to, to warn others. Last Friday morning I woke up with cramps and wasnt feeling well. The bf encouraged me to have some breakfast so while we were sitting at the buffet i ate one piece of pawpaw and had to leave because I felt nauseous. I didn't make it back to my room and was virtually passed out on the grass vomiting. Not one person (staff and guests) came over to see if I was ok. My bf went to reception to ask if they have anything for Bali Belly of which the staff responded "we dont have a dr here". He really should of insisted that they called one but he didn't because we were in a rush to leave for the airport. By the time we got to the airport I could barely stand. Luckily the lady at the check in counter called a dr to come get me straight away. I would not recommend staying at Puri Saron. The rooms weren't clean, the food was horrible and most importantly they couldn't help me when I really needed to see a dr. I had previously stayed at Pelangi next door and they are much better.
As long as Covid is staying again at the Puri Saron Hotel in Seminyak. Incredible changes, the rooms are clean, the service is very friendly 24 hours ,, the beach is clean.
Good and Bad... The first room we were put in was terrible and we chucked a tantrum and we got what i believe to be one of the best rooms at the hotel which was AMAZING. The bathroom alone is fit for a King. The location is perfect, right by the beach and there are a few restaurants at tbe hotel and a swim up bar. Reception stuff not that knowledgeable and not that helpful. Could do better with better management but if you choose a good room without any problems you are home and dry.

The strategic location of the hotel if you want to go to the beach is just a walk to the back of the hotel. Friendly staff service ", comfortable hotel atmosphere and lots of trees". The pool is clean and there is a bar in the middle of the pool. A car is also available for pick-up.

Clean and comfortable but noisy due to beach club and kid's swing. Good swim up bar. Staff friendly, but do not have a good grasp of English therefore much miscommunication. Good location and walking distance to shopping, bars and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was reasonable, but not a great variety.

As with many hotels, the central locations, entrance, gardens, swimming pools are fine. The quality of maintenance of the rooms is considerably less. Air conditioning that does not get cold, smelly floor drain, broken tiles, worn laminate. Lots of noisy Australians which is very annoying. Breakfast is meager. Lunch and dinner is good. The massage parlor is also good

Very warm welcome. They offer a wide variety of dessert and cakes. Place is very nice and clean. Service is beyond expected. Exterior of the building is very unique and memorable. Ballroom is big that fit many people to have seminar. Interior is very warm and calming. Just a walked away from the beach. Easy access to reach the beach for the visitor of the hotel.
The facilities are decent, there is a swimming pool, bathup, small refrigerator and TV. The place is also strategic as a place to hang out or eat.
It's a bit unfortunate that the technically locking the door is a bit complicated, it can't be straight like a normal door or a door with an automatic card.
While I was there, I often saw hotel maids pacing back and forth, so I didn't have to go all the way down to ask the hotel clerk if there was anything.
At this hotel, you can also order Chinese food or drinks, the menu is already in your room. You only have to call the hotel phone in your room.
Ok to sleep @ however not relaxing round the pool, run down and not very maintained, if your looking for somewhere to stay and relax/enjoy your time around the pool dont stay here!

I was there for a convention, it's not that bad.Only what bothered me was that i left my sunglasses on my chair went back and offcourse they were gone.Now the organisation found my sunglasses, i was told to pick it up
later but than suddenly it was gone again.Offcourse it's not smart to take
a 200,- euro sunglasses but if it's found it's weird that it' was suddenly gone again after being found .Also i paid for the entrance but i wasn't alowed to get a towell while
some others did but that could just be a misunderstanding.For the rest, i had a bad experience and the glasses had some sentimental value.But for the rest it's a personal experience.If these 2 things din't happen my score would probably be higher.
