After coming here for 2 years, the hotel staff has become like my second family
Rooms are wonderfull, food has a wide selection with different daily specials, swim-up bar is to die for and the list goes on and on.

Absolutely do not consider the 4 stars .... very large hotel ... old ... mediocre cleanliness ... looks like a nursing home !!! .... only good position for the rest look for something else .... .

Okay hotel for 1-2 nights. Close to beach is biggest USP. Breakfast nice. Water flow in bathroom very poor and also drainage. Room size good. Not much facilities. Restaurant not so great .

Lovely hotel, in a good location. Rooms are dated, and it has clearly been a long time since the last renovation; but everything was clean and tidy. Facilities are nice, neighborhood is walk-able, airport is 30 minutes by car.

This hotel is never a four star, it s old, it s dirty and it s falling apart. Never have I been so disappointed in a hotel. It s only suitable for people on a tight budget, I d compare it to a backpackers. At breakfast we sat at a table that hadn t been cleaned well. There was marks and marmalade on the glass top. I asked for it to be cleaned, he used a dry napkin which only smeared the marmalade over the glass. I asked him to use a wet cloth, he continued with the dry napkin and informed me all ok . The sun loungers are disgusting, old, dirty and numerous are broken. I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. This was our third hotel during this trip and unfortunately it was our last hotel which spoilt the last few days of our trip, I couldn t wait to leave.

Wonderful hotel with spacious room. Beautiful gardens, swimming pool with pool bar and various on-site restaurants. Direct access to the beach and sea. In the evening lots of fun on the beach with music. Shopping streets and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Good and fast service. Both when eating and when checking for defects (flowing toilet). Nice and smiley staff. Fairly extensive breakfast with baguette, muffins, rice, fried rice, egg, juices, coffee and water. Food was well prepared. Pizzas, burgers and also the milkshake were very tasty. Hotel has a swimming pool and the beach is a 150 to 250 meter walk away.

Direct access to the beach, breakfast is fine, water to take a bath is quite challenging, since the water might be hard water, hard to use soap then... you come or check out early in the morning, no receptionist i can see

The room is big & bright. Breakfast is OK with plenty to choose. Location is close to the beach where you can have a morning stroll. The downside, for me, is the water & the lights around the garden when you have to walk to your room in the evening, especially for my husband who has difficulty with his left leg due to strokes. Yes, it s exotic but NOT safe. Or maybe smth should happen first, then you ll going to change your mind Pak? I hope not

4 star hotel off the beach in Seminyak. By the beach at night it's nice to hang out because there are a lot of cafes at night

Fantastic location. Old Bali style hotel with big rooms,lovely garden, pavilion style restaurant and beautiful pool fronting the surf beach.
Only drawback is the lack of drawers in bedroom and hanging racks in bathroom. Oh, and the shower doesn't drain well enough.

This is a great place to stay sure the beds are a little Ridgid but the over all stay deserved a 4/5 review. I will say there was one person that stood out from every single other employee they have, his name was "dita" and I can say without a doubt he deserves employee of the month every month. Because of how friendly he was and kind and smart especially being in the swim up bar. If I had a concern he would be able to get somone to figure it all out. He was easily the best person I've met in Bali and just because he's here I am more then likely going to come back here.

In itself and pretty good hotel, but maintenance was rather overdue. Extremely friendly staff. Its huge for your sake if something is wrong. Breakfast good / extensive

For comfort, location and atmosphere I would choose this over a 5 star soulless modern resort any day....Thanks to all at the Puri Saron for a magic holiday...

We expected more, mainly expected more cleaning and maintenance.
The hotel is old and the rooms need a good fix.
Old cables and plugs, bathtub curtains, bed canopy filled with stains.
Breakfast was a matter of luck because although it opened at 6 am some days there were no cooks and you had to eat what you would have prepared at that time or wait.
And in general lack of cleanliness in the pool area.

Fantastic garden with cozy lighting in the evening. Lovely bright rooms. Large bath room with tub. Small nice terrace . Hotels are located directly on / to the wide beach. Huge waves !! Some noise from various music systems. One should be more careful about removing more debris on the beach.
The hotel garden is clean, 5 * (Cleaning in the bathroom could need more Ajax 2.5 *)

Location great, pool and gardens wonderful. We enjoyed the hotel facilities as family-friendly. Room could do with better cupboard facilities for couples. I still give it 4 stars out of 5.

What can I say ... next to the ocean, across the road. The staff is helpful, this is important! The area is pretty well appointed and clean. Room 4115 on the ground floor next to the restaurant. Well, it's just three! The wash is very poor, the toiletries are terrible, they don't foam at all, there is no hair conditioner. There are slippers, an umbrella, water, a kettle, coffee / tea. Hairdryer old, electric mosquito trap, decent air conditioning, rooms are just old, furniture is dark brown, linen and towels are gray, safe in the room. Breakfasts change a little every day, they cook well, the usual diet of Europeans and a little Asian. Nearby there are a million cafes, supermarkets, but not at all noisy. The pool smells like bleach. Of course, the old rooms themselves spoil everything. And so, if you just relax and spend the night next to the ocean, then yes, you can.
There is a small playground for children, by the way.

We have routinely stayed at Puri Saron Seminyak.

Visiting the hotel to join an International seminar. Good hotel, good facility, good people in it. Easy to find

Old , run down and dirty. Has mold on tiles and woodwork. Towels are grey and smell and while its near the very noisy beach, the sand is dirty. No drawers in most rooms and if you like to walk you can get to shops otherwise you need a taxi. Hotel runs a shuttle to Kuta if you want to go. No entertainment at all in hotel and the only bar is the swim up pool bar. We stayed 14 nights and hotel constantly ran out of some drinks and certain foods . Okay for youngsters but that's about all. Only redeeming feature is the staff. Friendly and helpful, but that is not enough to entice.

Had a lovely stay here, the staff and the Balinese people in general are incredibly nice, the facilities were lovely, and the location great.

I have went to this hotel or resort and found dozens of mosquitos in my room! When I have woken up,
I have found myself having lots of mosquitos bites!!!

Puri saron have a beautiful scenery and warm hospitality. But, there are many problems that puri saron have, like the water is little bit salty, and they don't organize each room with silencer, so that's make people in other room can hear what you are saying if you talk a little bit louder.

sangay service is good, unfortunately the bath water is rather salty

Comfortable hotel. And directly behind the beach view and Laplanca restaurant club when aore is suitable to enjoy the sunset atmosphere.

Strategic location close to the beach just to walk, the service is okay, just love the water for bathing in salty sea water, have moved rooms but the water is still salty and smelly, maybe in the future it can be repaired again.

One of the hotels with its beaches, can be while enjoying the sunset or other private events ..

This is the 3rd time we have been here l thinking explains itself getting a bit old but we love it

Ideally situated economical hotel within metres of the beach. Excellent food, staff exceptionally professional/ friendly, clean and secure. Good variety for breakfast and short walks to shopping, restaurants and beach pubs with live music. Popular with older people, families and partygoers. Casual walk along the seafront and you're at the large shopping malls that you may have been escaping back home ;-). Wonderful place in wonderful surroundings.
