I was worried that there would be a huge delay, but they were able to fill my order much quicker than expected, and they provided a consistently quality product. I was just looking for a quote? I went in Dec 2019 at Pure Source office. With my idea for a product. I was told the the quote was depending on the ingredients from China. I was willing to wait for the production, with everything slowed down. but its May 2020? Understandable and patient, but all I wanted was just a quote. And oh ya! no need for apologies.

I operate a cosmetic line that mainly sells online and through Amazon. The reason I got in contact with The Pure Source was because of lack of communication with my manufacturer overseas and wanting my product to be made in the USA. When I called and spoke to a sales rep , they made the whole process very smooth from the minimum order quantities to the explanation of the products they offer, they really helped bring my vision to life. From beginning to end, my entire order took about 7-9 weeks which I believe is pretty standard considering they were doing everything turnkey for me including helping me with my label.

It s a big relief leaving all the manufacturing to Pure source while my company can handle all the advertisement and placement in Macy s plus other stores. The customer support was great but I really appreciate Toad and his formulating. Thanks guys

The single biggest mistake I made with my company was trying to work with Pure Source. I started working with them in April, paid for a sample, they said I would get it in 4 weeks. I finally got the sample the end of July and it was totally wrong. I had planned on launching in Oct yet they still could not get the sample right. Now I'm trying to get a refund and they are giving me the run around. Horrible customer service!

Pure source has been instrumental for my business. They have assigned an account rep who is hands on and seems to really care. I personally made an inventory mishap and they picked up on it and resolved the issue ASAP. They are a turn key solution at a reasonable price. With all the ups and downs I have experienced it is nice that at least I can rely on a consistent manufacturer. Will absolutely continue to use and highly recommend.

Pure source was extremely transparent with me throughout the whole process and very hands on with my cosmetic line and I would strongly recommend them

We placed 3 mid-sized orders over 6-month period with Pure Source, and if you value your time and your business, I suggest you do NOT do business with them. EVERY single order was late by almost 2 months! We ended up losing over $15k in wholesale orders because of massive delays and consistently missed deadlines.

The account rep will tell you whatever you need to hear to get your business, i.e. 4-6 week lead times, BUT be prepared to wait at least 10-12 weeks to get your order. They will blame the delays on either production back ups or some "surprise inspections" etc...There are plenty of other good, reliable manufacturers out there, unfortunately this company is NOT one them.

Pure Source has been monumental in our success and the backbone of our product R&D. The team has been an absolute please to work with and as they understand our needs better than we do which is a breath of fresh air in our industry. Cheers to the Pure Source team it's been great working together for so many years!
