The single biggest mistake I made with my company was trying to work with Pure Source. I started working with them in April, paid for a sample, they said I would get it in 4 weeks. I finally got the sample the end of July and it was totally wrong. I had planned on launching in Oct yet they still could not get the sample right. Now I'm trying to get a refund and they are giving me the run around. Horrible customer service!
