What an amazing sales pitch they gave me! took a lot of money each month to generate standard reports that were pretty much templates. The back links list sounded great although now they are mostly worthless and seeing the list i can buy it on a backlink brokerage page, most with 0 trust ranking from Google, possibly jeopardising my site. Having to pay someone else to clean it all up. Alot of hot air and promises but my advise, in hindsight of course, there are much better small companies that tailor there solutions to suit the user.

Marc at Pure SEO gives 150% to his clients and takes the time to really get to know them and their business! He has seemingly endless knowledge of SEO and online marketing and gets a big tick from me!

Would never deal with this company again, service provided was ineffectual and internal processes obviously terrible given they failed to invoice us for three years (while we didn't know work was happening as reports were sent to an ex-staff members email with an auto bounceback).
Attempted to demand payment in full and after an amount was agreed on threatened to take us to debt collectors for delayed payment of a seven day invoice which they failed to issue for THREE YEARS!
The fact they have a google review from their own boardroom (and various staff members) to try and skew ratings speaks volumes.

I would say whoever set up Pure SEO had talent and once it grew too big the original customs were prioritized and the new small businesses received no service and with the speed google changes we were left floundering as our competitors flourished using on reflection, some of the better companies around.

I was most disappointed that even when I pointed out the poor performance it was not rectified and I don t think my personal account manager ever actually contacted me
