Still a great experience. Just love it! A lot of handsome and surprising wines in the wine cabinet.

An experience - top dishes from start to finish. Tasty adapted wine

Just waw. My husband has a new favorite restaurant and it comes second to me. Super tasty food, unexpected twists, delicious cookies and a fantastic aperitif. The service was the best we have ever had.

Giving 2 stars to this 2 star restaurant is tough, but unfortunately the 6 course menu just couldn't tempt us. In the corona time it was this 6-course menu, which could be expanded to 8 courses. There is a lot of passion and inspiration from the chef and we work with a lot of Dutch and Zeeland soil, but for us it was 1. too much in terms of portions. 2. Not enough vegetables. 3. Too much raw cold fish (4 out of 6 dishes cold / raw or lukewarm) which made it monotonous. There is meat to choose as main, we had not, I would advise, I love fish but meat is the necessary variation in this menu. 4. I thought it was too complex ..... there has been nothing that I found simply delightful. The sunset and the view are fantastic. The layout of the restaurant and tables is also good. Music is a bit too loud and we had to ask for the wine glasses and water to be filled. A small correction could also be made with the bill. We will not go back, even if it would cost half, we just did not like it. Unfortunately.

Have dinner last Sunday. Very friendly service, tasty gin and tonic, but .... the 6-course dinner did not appeal to us at all.

Very tasty food although the service could be a bit sharper. Also the sudden not being able to accept American Express while the payment was already halfway through the system (the plug was pulled from the system when it was noticed that it was American express) I found very cheap for a star tent where you as a customer already paid a lot.

Great food! Evening filling.
Our experience is very positive; based on the 7-course menu on Saturday. Including a wine package. Great food and served by enthusiastic young staff who have the necessary knowledge of what they serve. Price / quality is good. We arrived at 8.30 pm and left the restaurant very satisfied at 0.30 am. Sure we will come back here more often. Worthy of 2 stars: we think so!

Expected more from it. I didn't think the first 2 dishes of the menu were special.
Cold vegetables with little taste.
Cod and roe was tasty. Not a single wow moment. Well, the price of the wines. But then no positive wow. Third visit to Pure C. Unfortunately 2 times not at expected level. Atmosphere in restaurant was good.

Magnificent cuisine, so many flavors, it is succulent cuisine, welcome and perfect service, only downside, the acoustics of the place, too much ambient noise.

A 'once in a life time' dinner. Every bite you take evolves into a different flavor the longer you chew. Nice experience that really surprises, but you can't really call it 'old school'.

An absolute winner. One dish after another is a surprise and the wine list is absolutely top!

Ultimate locavore foodie experience. Visual, taste (mouth), digestion. Spartan decor, atmosphere could be more agreeable, lighting good. Slight lags in service spread over 7 courses amounted to over 4 hours to properly enjoy but 6 courses so after midnight, we had to take some dessert with us, thankful to be staying in the hotel. Recommend the optional pairing with wine. Good value for the money; looking forward to dining there again.

Wonderful lunch! We were a bit to early but had a wonderful cocktail at the bar before we were guidwd towards our table. Amazing view on the dunes! The waiters were invisible but always at our table at the right time, amazing how they do that! Food was delicious, with all kinds of different tastes and textures, truly wonderful! Best restaurant experience of my life!

Sunday, July 22, 2018 had dinner at Pure C. What a fantastic evening we had. Everything was right and everything was well coordinated. We reserved 5 courses, but expanded to 7 courses. The dishes are top notch. The wine list is also very nice, wide choice and good price. I definitely recommend Pure C and for the level they have, I think the price is really not that bad. All in all, it is a top restaurant, even if I compare it with other experience, this really stands out!

For the food I give a 10 out of 10 also for the friendly, correct service. However, it was not a quiet dinner! Since there were several large groups present, there was a constant constant noise. The explanation of the dishes at the table was unintelligible. Better find a solution to the problem of noisy visitors so that everyone can enjoy this excellent food in peace.

If you want something special, you are in good hands here! A feast for the eyes and the palate! Every plate is an experience from the optical decoration to the seasoning, even the empty plate is an experience in itself. Although the restaurant was well attended, everything went like clockwork: it was neither too loud nor too hectic, and the intervals between the individual courses were also good! There was just nothing to complain about - a wonderfully beautiful lunch that won't go out of my mind so quickly and that puts a smile on my face when I think about it

Insanely good food! Every course was balanced. Beautiful, surprising, fresh flavors. Ambiance is nice and loose and everything is possible. 2 of the wines that were served were so good that we wrote them down.

Sublime. After spending a few months in a focused way, celebrating our wedding anniversary in Pure C. No matter what the high cost price. So enjoy that the bill was paid with a big smile. And enjoy it was .. First a super-tasty cocktail downstairs in the Blueness, before going to the table at the top of the Pure C. Perfect, friendly and professional service by fluent, attentive young people. The food a real pleasure. The different courses and the adapted wines followed each other very well. Yes amazing ! Loose, very pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. A great experience for us .. Worth every penny!

The location is wonderful, food was amazing and the service even better. Very strongly recommended, but make sure to make a reservation.

The food as the other Sergio restaurants is inventive, incredible presentation and the taste out of this world. Sergio is one of a few food geniuses in the Benelux. Superb experience. Second Michelin star seems overdue!

Doesn't happen often that I want to go to a restaurant again the next day. Just do it .....

The first four dishes of our 6 course dinner were perfectly matched taste sensations. We could not say the last 2 dishes. Wine choice matched well.
Ambiance was warm, messy and you have little privacy.

The only downside is that the toilet roll was hanging wrong. Apart from that, absolute top. More than recommended !!
