Last Thursday enjoyed the 6-course menu of Syrco and his team. I had been looking forward to eating at Pure C for years and it was finally there. It was more than worth the wait. Wines were exquisite and sublime combined with the menu. The service very attentive (sometimes difficult to understand due to the mask, but certainly not disturbing). Beautifully renovated / rebuilt Restaurant where you can enjoy a great sunset. We left the table very satisfied and a bit drunk. Thank you to everyone at Pure C for a special evening!
