Apartment is good but issue with daily usage water and light..no power back up.

Good infrastructure with happening society celebrate all the functions with full spirit.

Well Organised society. Very good for both bachelor's as well as family. The society has play gardens for toddlers inside the society. There is a huge parking space for all. The tracks are well maintained.

Awesome society, nicely constructed flats and have one of best balcony in the area.

Tenant are not allowed for common facilities like gym, swimming pool,etc even if they are going to pay. Otherwise good society.

A beautiful society with spacious flats. Gym, swimming pool and a club house is there in the society itself. The environment here is good.

Percent place to live for the people working at Hinjewadi. Excellent architecture, elegant clubhouse, security outstanding ! Bombay Banglore Highway is hardly 5 min drive. Hinjewadi phase 1 is 2 kms.

We own a house here so has to be a 5 star! Haven't started liv9ng here yet but I must say that the builders did a great job in making this building (block e) in exactly the timeframes given at the time of the booking! We've seen few properties before buying this one, they're still under construction!

Good society but quality of construction not that great, it's good enough to be in economic housing category

It's a good society with ample parking space, a gym and a swimming pool. The flats are very well built, value for money. But consider this society if you want to buy a flat or rent one with your family. This society doesn't allow it's bachelor tenants to use their gym or swimming pool. Moreover most of the owners are kicking the bachelor tenants out lately. If you're a bachelor, don't even consider moving to this society. Run as fast and as as far away from it as you can.

The society people are not at all capable of handling nytng...

The society is very spaciously constructed with more than ample parking space, kids playing ground, well equipped club house. They have very good security resourced by biometric entry scanners at each wings gate. The apartments have good natural light intake, ventillation however the bedrooms are slightly on the smaller side. The one big con we faced is the constant power cuts in monsoon and the lag in DG power supply.
