We are very happy with our Laser Tag Arena that was designed by Creative Works. Customers love the design and the company was very easy to work with!

From concept design to installation, Creative Works listened to us, and exceeded our expectations! They set the bar in customer service.

Creative Works did a great job with both installs for our Entertainment Centers in Charleston SC! They were helping us prepare up to the install day and did a fantastic job with the actual installation. They have also been so great with support and taking feedback on the equipment as well!

Got a unsolicited call from this company. They did not identify who they were with or their name. When asked they hung up! I called back talked to "David" (the same person that called) and suggested proper phone etiquette is to immediately identify who you are and who they are with. They hung up again.
I will not do any work with a company that hires such rude people.

Purchased a Lazer Maze for one of our projects. Good site preparation package. Good communication with with Sales Agent and Project Manager.
Was able to meet some of the Creative Works team at IAAPA last year which was a bonus. Looking forward to the next project.

I don't see how anyone could give this business anything less than 5 stars. While business owners try to hire the best employees, you can't be with everyone all of the time. We had a massive emergency before opening our VR Arcade and they came through for us in ways that they didn't have to! If you want a very personal and compassionate touch for your business look no further! We will do all of our business from this point forward with Creative Works!
