I would like you to know I am cancelling your services.
Up until today I have been very happy with the service I have received but i don't appreciate being told I am a liar.
I have been so impressed up until today to the point were I have recommended your service to multiple people and will be contacting them all to tell them not to use your services.
I called after I received a bill in November for only $14 and thought this was a mistake.
I called to speak to someone at Black Box Power (Pulse Energy) and they told me this was because my last bill was estimated and nothing to worry about.
I then got emailed a bill today saying I have $270 outstanding from a previous bill. I went back through my emails to see if I had missed something and there is no bill emailed since the bill I queried in early November.
I then called today to get clarification on why I was never sent the correct bill. The woman on the phone told me this was definitely sent out and I missed it. But I a looking at my email (which I do not delete any of) and there is no email on this date.
I requested that she forward me proof of the email (so it would include date and time stamp) of when this email was sent. I keep records of everything as I am in charge of our flat account. She then sent a new email just with the bill i received today.
I explained that this wasn't what I asked for and she said I definitely received the email but would not provide me with any proof. At this point I am obviously very frustrated and state I have not received the bill in question.
She then told me i'm confused and don't know whats going on. And she said that i was lying because she can see the bill has been posted online. At this point I hung because although I may have been frustrated that is simply an unacceptable way to talk to a customer.
