I dunno where to begin.
I dunno where to begin.
Just lots of problems within the customer service dept.
They are the first power company that gave me so much problems.
1) When moving to new unit, they didn't inform me that the place is on pre-paid power(They knew this prior to switching me over), I had to get another power company to give me answers.
2) Over charged my bill on 2 occasions
3) When I decided to leave and had given them the 30 days notice, they still charged me an early termination fee in my last bill.
4) And what made it worst was they gave me 2 different final payment amount via email(How am I going to trust you are giving me the right quote?)
Very Disappointed by the services. Never returning as a customer.
