We met for the first time with Dr Steven Khov. He was the best doctor we have seen....ever! My son has an extensive medical history with many injuries and he knew each injury! He definitely did his homeowrk before our appt! He didnt rush us through the appt, he took his time and answered all our questions/concerns! Highly recommend Dr Khov!

Had a large spontaneous pneumothorax. The er doctor at general was awesome but the referring pulmonary office was terrible. These people don't know what they are doing. Stay away. Go to regional
Front end Gal is awesome. Dr. Rossini is an effective listener. Pulmonary function testing gal was pleasant enough. After that is goes downhill quickly. Dr. Patel reviewed tests, (but apparently not my chart), explained nothing of use smugly, gave me an Rx which nearly killed me, and did little to actively promote my wellness. His one shining point is he wears nice shirts. It turns out the Rx he gave me was in direct conflict with a heart condition I have, causing life threatening Arrythmia. A 2nd year med student would not have ordered a beta agonist for someone with my history, yet he did. Scheduling is BRUTAL. No other word for it. they must be under the gun because the attitude JUMPS across the phone to you. NO thanks!
I know why this place has mixed reviews. Some of staff are very accommodating and helpful. I wish I knew names but I do not. The lady at the reception desk is always kind, as well as Nurse Practitioner Kerstetter. There is one lady in billing who is very accommodating and said she would help me and email a copy of my bills etc. But unfortunately when you call the billing department a man always answers the phone who is very rude and not helpful. I asked him to email me a bill. He simply said "no I can't." When I asked if there was a reason he said, "We don't do that, we only mail bills." It's 2017, geez, just use technology and email people a bill if they want it, and save some paper while you're at it. And you don't have to be rude about it either sir. Thankfully I was able to have the nicer lady email it to me. Another time I called about a bill he said, "I already mailed that to you two weeks ago". Oh snap, so you can't send it again? It's not like I call billing for fun. When I asked to have it resent he was so reluctant and weird about it. Overall, a decent experience if you can bypass this rude dude in billing. Ask to speak to the nicer lady, again wish I knew her name...
These docs care about your health and will being. I had 4 visits here since I was told I'm am insomniac and they didn't want to just throw meds at me. They wanted to help me get better with the aids of meds with therapy as well. Then remove the meds completely. I'm back to a pretty normal sleep pattern. Have the rough nights every now and then. But who doesn't.
