Extremely rude and lazy office staff. They do not call back within 24hours and act as if they re doing you a favor when doing things in their job description. They don t even call when they cancel your appointment, they just send a letter to your home.
Horrible. Dr. Barr is a good provider. But, very slow. Went twice both times I left without being seen. I waited almost an hour. Office manager didn't even call ne to apologize. Customer service with the office manager is unacceptable. Front desk staff was nice. Will not return.
I have to give them five stars because I have to have a sleep study done to return to work I called them they returned my phone calls even called my primary dr to make arrangements so I can get back to work .

Very disappointing, i joined this one because my dr retired. i haven't been able to schedule with a dr even when scheduling my year visit over 6 months out. They told me to try a new cpap mask, but when it didn't work and traded in the supplies they then sent me the mask that didn't work for me again and didn't supply me with all the supplies i returned! then they have no one to answer the phone. with answers of they have gone home for the day at 3:30!
I am so disapointed in this company! I sent in my CPAP SD card for Dr Anouk.to read and let me know as to what he wanted me to do. He NEVER took it out of my sealed envelope!! I was astonished to see that the card was sealed in my same 4 /6 card was NEVER opened and read. I told Dr Anouk my machine recalebrated itself from 13 to 18! I got a called from him that same day telling me to leave it asit was and it will be fine. His medical Asst was nice after I was able to go vertual but, up until that point both he and she were rude... acting like it was my fault I couldn't go vertual. I did fine. My phone did great. They were not getting through at all for over 2 hours!! I was so frustrated once we finally did meet. I was shocked to see him unshaven and looking like he just rolled out of bed with his shirt button only part way up to his collar. I didn't know what to think. So unprofessional as far as I'm concerned. What's more is that I.have tocontact my GP for another referral!!
Dr. Bohner and his staff are INCREDIBLE!
I began my relationship with Dr. Bohner through an un-diagnosed sleep condition. I then ended up going through his group for my Asthma. Every appointment was incredible. Dr. Bohner will come in and just talk through things for as long as it takes to get the information to and from him. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for him and he will spend all the time needed to chat and get you in the right place. He will even explain how the medicines work down to the molecules, I mean, WOW! He is incredibly candid and sincere while also being cognizant of the frustrations of the healthcare industry.
He has a dedicated person on-staff to wade through the minefield of approvals and such with Insurance providers and the like. His supporting staff and Nurse Practioner are all just as amazing. I cannot put into words how happy I am to go there. It's like visiting with close friends every time while knowing I will come out of there with a clear understanding of where I am with my conditions, how to help and the comfort that the nonsense behind the scenes to get me a prescription is taken care of quickly and efficiently with no effort on my part.
He is awful. Won t return your phone calls for months. Doesn t follow through on care. Doesn t complete notes. Office staff is incompetent.
THE DOCTOR DID A GREAT JOB, AND THIS IS WAY MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE OFFICE STAFF!
Office staff is incompetent. When I went in for my appointment today, they claimed I called in to cancel my appointment a couple of days ago at a time that I was running a meeting at work. During the evening two days ago (WELL after they said I had cancelled the appointment) I was called by the office reminding me of the appointment. Wasted a LOT of my time and cost me lost wages. I don't know if the doctors in the practice are good or not as I couldn't get to see the doctor without waiting SEVERAL HOURS for the chance to see the doctor later in the day, even though this was their fault! Find a practice that will reliably keep your appointment.
I have found the front staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Everytime I have attended an appointment the check-in process has been timely and very efficient. The staff for check out are equally if not more pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The physicians, Physician assistances, techs, and aids. Are very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative.
Overall, I am very pleased with most every aspect of the practice
