Javier very nicely stayed late to help our three families, with 11 people total, take a variety of fun shots. He was very helpful in setting us up with funny outfits and accessories, and took many photos which we could choose among. The pictures we picked are wonderful. I'm in a wheelchair and he set me up with a great poncho that hid my wheelchair for the photos. We had a lot of fun and recommend him highly.

If I could give this a zero star I would. I live locally and my great grandmother (90yrs old) and my grandmother (60yrs old) were in to visit and wanted to walk around Estes. I wish we had never discovered this terrible place...... Lest, we did find this little shop and thought it would be a fun idea.... It ANYTHING but fun.... The lady that was running the shop was full of snide comments and when asked to help us tie our dresses (as indicated on the dressing room wall) she refused and had snide remarks to make such as "I'm not a mind reader" and "I told you already where you needed to stand. Why are you standing there? Did you not hear me?" It was 100% unprofessional, and from the looks of the comments this isn't her first strike.
Besides the poor service, the dresses do not have backs. Which would have been fine, except for the fact there is no curtain between you, the subject of the pictures, and the outside world. If you turn even in the slightest, everyone outside the shop and in the showroom can see EVERYTHING. And let's just be clear in saying many of these dresses are short and require you to remove your shirt and pants.... Leaving you in the nude in front of giant bay windows.
Would highly recommend finding new staff and a curtain... or this business is bound to become another small business going belly up.

Javier was so nice and patient. We have kids (1 1/2, 10, & 12) he made sure that we got pictures we like. Perfect pictures. We get our yearly family photo at this same place every year for the past seven or eight years. We almost gave up hope. But before we did, we figured that we would give it one more chance. Thank god we did because we found Javier. He completely saved the experience for us. The previous help they had was getting a shorter fuse every year. With Javier we didn t feel rushed. He didn t make faces or huff and puff through the hole thing. He made it fun. It was good. THANK YOU JAVIER!!!!!!

I don't normally leave reviews but this time I will. We should have gone to the other photo shop. The woman working was extremely rude first of all. They ask you to pick a photo in the lobby so they know how to dress you. They have no good options for outfits to wear, and don't have accommodating sizes. Basically false advertising. I wish we would have just walked out, would love to get our money back so we could go somewhere else.

Javier was great! He worked well with us to make sure we got the photos we wanted! If you are stopping by make sure to ask for Javier you won t regret it. This has become a tradition for us and we can t wait to return.

I went to the shop to get some photos done with my future wife. Our photographer, Javier, was one of the most delightful people that we have ever worked with. I highly recommend going in there for a fun and unforgettable photoshoot. The most memorable one that we have done so far!

Cam was great!! He stayed late for us because the group before us took forever. The photos turned out perfect!
