Pullman Brussels Centre Midi Review

Hi, my wife and I just returned back from our stay with Pullman and would highly recommend to anyone else traveling that way. As soon as you hop off the train the hotel is right there. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We did not ask for anything they could not accommodate. Great stay !

The hotel is in an extremely nice location close to metro transportation. Clean, nice and good quality hotel. Breakfast is also available if you search for Turkish hotels.

My room was nice, and I enjoyed the sauna in the fit lounge, which I found very helpful to tire myself out and adjust to the timezone that my body was not familiar with.

The hotel is situated adjacent to the train station, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the neighbourhood is shabby, and reeks of pee in many nearby locations. I almost stepped on a dead rat walking towards Stalingrad Ave from the hotel. There's not much that the hotel can do about the locality that it is already in.

The wifi in the hotel room was abysmally slow, and the wired ethernet port did not work with either my own cable, or the one supplied.

I received 10e coupons each time I opted out of room cleaning for a night. I used these at the buffet breakfast twice. The second such time, the staff seemed to initially think that this coupon for a discount in the restaurant did not apply to the half of the restaurant that was serving breakfast (but only for alcoholic drinks in the bar, or for off the menu items in the other half of the restaurant when it was open). If this counterintuitive restriction is truly the hotel policy the coupons should state this more clearly, and if not, then the restaurant staff need additional guidance about the hotel policies.

I was only having lunch there - which was elegant - but it looks like a really fine hotel. Right at the Gare du Midi.

Good place to stay for travelling to other nearby cities on the train. Sauna good. Staff friendly. Clean and warm hotel. 5 star

The rooms were very clean and nice.
The breakfast service, however, was inattentive and unfriendly. It was first requested that a breakfast, which we had booked in addition, was to be paid for immediately instead of having to be paid for when we checked out, as is customary.
When we sat down we were never offered a hot drink. The fruit at the buffet was partly moldy. The breakfast cook, however, was very nice and attentive.

Modern establishment in the Gare du Midi (Sud), very nice rooms, excellent beds, stylish bathroom.
Fitness room and sauna included. Excellent breakfast. ... 20 minutes walk to Groote Plaats. 20 minutes to the airport by train for 8,80 .

One of the employees offered his help when I was in trouble with my car which helped a lot. Best service I've ever had from a hotel so far!

Huge rooms furnished in a modern and classy way. Bathroom very large and well furnished.

the service is pitiful. only one waiter when it would take 3. Club sandwich worthy of a supermarket.
Very expensive for what it is.
You glue an additon to 100 euros and if you have the misfortune to ask for a glass of water at the end of the meal: we simply answer NO.

It has always been a pleasure to stay in your hotel.
I work in the hotel industry in Paris. Company manager, I take care of the maintenance of a dozen hotels but yours a pleasure. The decor, no extravagance, no exaggeration, but efficiency. Your corridors and doors, I love (materials and colors chosen) in short the common areas. The rooms don't talk about it. To make mine at home, I was inspired by yours, a few years ago. And the Breakfast is perfect.
The location is the best since I leave my car
At Gare du Nord in Paris, I take the Thalys, to your hotel. And I leave without stress, since I get off to get my train just 15 Minutes Before.

From the hotel you can get anywhere quickly by means of the metro, but there is also a lot to reach on foot
All in all it was a nice stay

I was on business so I just spent the night. Fatal wi-fi, made it impossible to work. Unsecured network. It was not possible to buy a better option. The TV system went very slowly and often reset. Plus there was a large selection of films on VOD. No problem, it was possible to extend the hotel hour by a few hours.

Excellent environmentally conscious business friendly hotel that is not too expensive. Direct access to the train station as well.

Very good hotel and it's place are the best because it's located between all of shopping centers and transportation services

The fact that I received an upgrade helped, the room is spacious and very quiet despite being near the station.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Pullman Hotel in Brussels for one night, few days ago. It was our anniversary and I was hoping we ll have some nice dinner in hotel s restaurant, but we both ended up very disappointed. When we came to restaurant, we waited for the waitress to come to our table for like 15 minutes, even though she had nothing to do until then, she was just walking around and laughing about something with her co- worker. When she finally came and gave us a menu... there was literally 5 meals in the card but those wasn t dishes that are usually served in restaurants, more like fast food. So I had Ceasar salad and my boyfriend took Hamburger which was pretty bad done. With that we had 1 glass of wine and 1 beer and we payed for that more than 50 euros. I was so disappointed.. It would ve been better if we just ordered something from McDonald s.. at least it would be delicious.. Also, first day when we came for check in to hotel, there was nobody on reception and we waited few minutes for lady to come, her english was so bad that I couldn t even understand what she s saying. She was asking for 180 euros deposit for 1 night?! And when we wanted to pay with another card, cause first one was not approved, she said that we don t need to pay anything but then we don t have any guarantee for room??! Room was okay but, no extra long beds as it s said, no slippers and no copes. At least the last day, breakfast was pretty good. There s big choice of food and drinks, even fruit and sweets and waiter was nice to us. However, I would not recommend this place, at least not for some important life occasions or vacation.

At the Victor bar: very nice and pleasant to wait for the train.
The amenities are however not up to the establishment: 2 toilets for the restaurant and the bar ..... Too bad

Very satisfactory experience, excellent service and unbeatable location

Ok, so the good: location. If you want to explore around Belgium by train, this is a great place to base yourself - it's literally connected to the train station. Also, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was polite and sometimes even friendly.

The not so good: cleanliness and upkeep. Our room was not the cleanest and dingy. Also, it was quite small, and maybe it was just us, but there was a shortage of outlets in the room to keep our devices charged - we had to buy a power strip to be able to deal.

I would recommend it still, but with those caveats.

I had a business lunch at the Victor Restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The lunch was served in a short delay as promised on their billboard.

Beautiful, nice service, except that racism will never stop even in a city like Brussels (hostesses in the morning being foreign themselves allow such hatitas) bravo. Apart from that everything was nice

No parking in front of the hotel because there is a huge barrier in front of the entrance.
Parking garage 34 overnight as there is nowhere to park nearby.

Breakfast was great, but I wouldn't book it again.

Had a really great time staying at this hotel. Staff is wonderful and willing to give you a hand at any time. Breakfast is carefully prepared and the pancakes are delicious. There is also a bar in floor 1. It has a small fitness room so you keep up your routine and a small sauna. They give you the towels and flip flops. Rooms are very cozy and the tv has different language option. Just great. Plus you can enter the hotel directly from midi train station, which is just 3 stops from the airport and 1 metro station away from grand plaza. But if you choose to walk, you'll find yourself there in just about 25 minutes.

Very nice hotel, right next to the Midi train station. There is an access from the train station and three check in desks. Although it is right on the train station and a busy intersection before it is absolutely quiet in the room.

Great hotel for those using the fast train to Brussels. Warm welcome on arrival and excellent room. Pleasantly surprised to find the hotel dining experience to be that of an upmarket restaurant.

Lack the beer at the pressure .. (in Brussels Belgium !!!!!!!!!)

My employer had all expenses covered, but I was still asked for my credit card. Strange!

The hotel is located in a very good location. It is a great starting point for tourists from all over Europe. The hotel met my expectations. It is a great place to relax and unwind after a full-day escapade in Brussels. Very good, tasty and hearty breakfast served in the morning. In the evening, the opportunity to relax and unwind in the sauna. Very nice and friendly atmosphere in the hotel, service and reception.

A very convenient hotel - well placed for Brussels. The room and everywhere in the hotel was spotless. It was well supplied with everything we needed . Fantastic pillows and 2 of them! (So many hotels give you one rather thin one).
The staff were so helpful and all spoke excellent English. We asked them quite a lot of questions and they patiently answered them all.

For me this was the third stay at the hotel. Next morning I had an early connection with the Eurostar to London. Booked a classic room but received a free upgrade to a superior. Excellent!
Spacious and tidy room. There was a valued welcome pack in the form of a ticket and some nibbles.
In the bathroom the shampoo was missing, but after reporting to the reception this was immediately supplemented.

The place is very comfortable and the staff are friendly. For a stopover it is simply perfect! However, the meringue pie I ordered is clearly a frozen pie. In addition, it was served to me in its aluminum packaging . The hot chocolate served was not transcendent. All this spoiled the pleasure of landing in such a delicious place.

Everything is ok but I have some suggestions:
The shampoo / shower gel provided is insufficient for 2 people
The breakfast is above the prices in a hotel equivalent so I do not have the price

The location and facility were excellent, but I especially want to commend your staff. The Desk Clerk marked on a map for me everywhere that I should go while in Brussels, and explained how to get there. Following his detailed instructions, I really had a wonderful time!

Comfortable but lack of attention to certain details like: no bottled water in small fridge and no facecloth at all in the bathroom...

Overall, a very pleasant experience. The one major complaint I have is the internet, which is quite unreliable and has very spotty connection at times.

A typical business hotel located directly in the Center-Midi train station and therefore perfectly connected to the airport without having to change trains. Location is solala and not the best area of Brussels, but not dangerous at all. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the old town. It is faster by train or by public bike, which are available in front of the hotel.
The hotel looks modern and is furnished in the typical Pullman style. A bit cool, but very comfortable and stylish. Rooms are very spacious and offer a free minibar and a rather smaller bathroom.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but rather limited. There was a large number of fresh fruit juices on offer, but there was a small selection of warm dishes, as well as cheese and cold cuts. Personally, next time I would enjoy breakfast in one of the many small cafes in the old town.

It was really convenient by direct connection to Brussels South Station. And the room was stylish and clean, and mineral water and carbonated water were always prepared. There is no such convenient hotel!
