This bank has caused a great inconvenience. They fail to resolve a direct deposit ussue i had with my job. They also closed my accounts out without informing me. This caused my income tax check to be sent back to the irs. Now all my bills will have to be paid a month later. Thanks for the excellent customer service. Smh....
I opened my account on the north side, i was very impressed once I entered MY Pullman branch, I been a coustomer at many BANKS, you won't be disappointed
They re money hungry, take money without your knowledge for the wrong things, charge you high fees for everything even when it was their faults, and just overall cause me too many problems. Will be leaving them very soon. Smh.
No fees from any atm I.go to. My bank will remibrust the fee. And it's a black owned bank/ business. Great people & excellent service. I know everyone by name.

Each time I have visited the Beverly Bank and Trust on South Halsted my experience has been excellent. The whole staff from the branch manager Eric, to the assistant Marie, and the tellers are awesome!
