Do not do business with this Company, it is at best, a scam. They do not answers phone inquiries or emails. Customer service is non-existent. I ordered something 9 months ago, have not received it but they have my money.
Bought products over a year ago and never received anything other than a "discount" airline voucher that is absolutely no discount and for a website that is very questionable. Scam alert if you are ever contacted by this company. Even when you come to your senses and contact them they make it as difficult as possible for you to get a refund.
This company is a ripoff and takes advantages of veterans. They sent out letters to military veterans whom were injured overseas, asking for photographs and stories. They stated that they were putting together books and that we would receive a copy for a fee ($195). I forwarded them my pictures and story, along with a payment of $195. That was over a year ago... I can t get ahold of anyone! Don t fall into this trap with this shady company...
Is this actually a real company or a phishing front?? I'm about to write the BBB in their state because of harrassment.

I worked here for 4 years .. number 1 producer.. had to take care of my father with cancer.. I truer to go back after he was well and they said no! They told me whenever I wanted I was always welcomed and they shut the door.. one of the most selfish companies !! Oh but when it came down to asking positive reviews from employees they would kiss ass so we sau something positive and be named one of the best places to work !! That's after they would buy a title with money !! Everyone is disposable.. do not be fooled. They are a revolving door and get rid of people quick.. you will be ties down to a share and they don't give you time to breathe

I've worked here, it's a legitimate business that has been publishing alumni directories for decades! They do directories for major universities, the Eagle Scouts, military organizations, etc. They are about the only company that produces these directories. The bad reviews are from people that didn't understand that the information had to be gathered, edited, set up for printing, printed and then mailed out! If you update your info at the beginning of the process, it can be over a year before you receive your directory! The directories are very nice, a quality product!
I have been working here for 5 months now my aunt just pass away from cancer last week during this pandemic I got fired me after working making their daily quote of over 1,000 in sales daily .TO ALL potential candidates but current working are aware on how low amount of sales it take to sale their SCAM product if not ANY with this company THIS IS NOT THE SCHOOL ! Over 200 other sales associate are not making a single thing! LOOK BELOW due to scamming college student family, and friends over $500 worth of packages DONT APPLY HERE PLEASE READ!!
I have sent both payments in, and they have ask for another, I am very concern that the right hand don't know what going on. My husband is so excited about this product, and what it offer our Veterans, I hope he won't be disappointed, and the financial part would be very hard on him too. We hope this Company will honor their products. Will update either way.

After agreeing to purchase an alumni book for my high school I was quickly billed the total amount in two installments within two weeks of the sales call.
That was in January 2017. "Estimated" delivery date was October 2017.
Now, one year later in February 2018 after calling to see where my paid for book is I am informed that it will not even be ready for shipment until April of 2018, with an as of yet unknown actual delivery date.
DO NOT do business with this business. Perhaps if enough people refuse to give them money they will go out of business and someone more reputable and quick about providing what the customer pays for will step in to fill their spot!

They started asking me personal information that I was somewhat reluctant to provide. So I inquired as to what type of publication they were. The customer rep hung up on me!
I'm an American Legion member. This is a BOGUS outfit, do not provide any information about yourself. They come across as affiliated with the American Legion Department of Montana.
THEY ARE NOT!

Underrated by those who don't make it here, but this is the best company I have worked for. It cares for its employees, holds high integrity standards & offers great benefits. It can be tough but rewarding personally & professionally. Great work done for clients all over the country!
Harassed me for the last 10 months, finally called in and Samantha Putnam says that is all and hangs up. Third party, I hate when companies share data so my University is trash for this process.

An Aviation Historical organization that I belong to has given these people my name and address, asking that I call them regarding "IMPORTANT MEMBER VERIFICATION NOW DUE."
This is a lie. The reason they need me to call and "verify" the information is because, by calling, that information will become theirs LEGALLY.
If they were a great place to work with integrity, as some dubious posters claim, then they wouldn't be posing as my preferred association.
Nowhere on this mailing does their name appear. I had to reverse lookup the POBox of 809107 Dallas 75380 in order to find them.
I do NOT trust them. I do NOT recommend talking to them.

Run! don't walk away from this company, Publishing Concepts. They charge your credit card right away and then don't ship the merchandise. By the time you realize this is a total scam it is to late to challenge it on your credit card. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. All bad reviews and it looks like even the BBB has given up on dealing with them because of non response. By they way I did finally get thru on the phone to them at 4:00 pm, sounded like I got them out of bed!!
If I could give a big fat zero I would......I have been trying to deal with this company since May 17th 2016.....which is when they took my payment.....It is literately now 1 year later....they have my money and I DO NOT have my product. There has been NO COMMUNICATION with me about what the expected time frame is....and when I got in contact with them, they told me I would have my book in MARCH.....It is now MAY and I still do not have my book.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. THEY OBVIOUSLY TAKE MONEY AND DO NOT PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE PURCHASED.
Wow. I don't even work here anymore, but the amount of disinformation and slander on here is amazing. This IS a legitimate company. They are actually a pretty good company to work for.
If you have gotten a call from them, it means that Publishing Concepts (PCI) was contracted by your alumni association or veteran's association, etc, to update information for your organization's records. When you pay for a book or whatever type of product, Publishing Concepts is still in the process of updating and compiling information for the project. No, you will not receive your product right away. But you WILL get it. This is a project sanctioned by your school or organization, and when you update your information, you are helping them. When you purchase a product, you are doubly helping them. Sometimes the project may take longer than expected. If so, you can be sure that your organization knows what is going on.
Also, if you are asked for pictures and stories, this is forwarded to your organization. They are the ones in charge of deciding what will and will not be chosen for the project.
For the people saying that they are being spammed, if you update your information, you should stop receiving calls. But do keep in mind, if your information is updated at the beginning of the project, you may get another call towards the end to make sure that none of your information has changed. Publishing Concepts takes its charge very seriously and works hard to do its best to update your information and offer good service. Why would they want to upset their client (your organization whatever it may be)??

PCI is such great place to work. I've been here for over three years and i have yet to come across a company with more integrity then Publishing Concepts Inc. Good job living up to the PCI Standard and making sure every client is reference-able. This company genuinely cares!!

This outfit is a scam. They impersonate a veterans' organization, the Military Order of the Purple Heart. Every week for the last six months, they have phoned me, emailed me, and sent me postcards demanding "urgently" that I "update my information". They use the name of John Leonard, president of the MOPH, but the email addresses and phone numbers all lead back to these hucksters: Publishing Concepts. They are a fly-by-night outfit engaged in a systematic effort to defraud America's wounded veterans.

I was contacted by this company in August 2016 about an alumni book an products. To this date I have not received a single thing. I have contacted them several times and am told it will be in August, then in September. My credit card was processed a year ago with the charges. Not good business!
