They don't have a solution to your problems and they give you the run around and don't call back to follow up like they say they would. My mom paid over 7 thousand on washer and dryer set and refrigerator through Best Way and she got a year warranty but it been 4 months and they still haven't send a technician out to fix the problem and wait the lady said the technician couldn't reach us or we weren't home which is a LIE!!! You paid each payment on time and paid the account in full and out early but this the thanks they give you for being their best customer smh.
