Best office and commercial building in jakarta for now..size is not too large with a cozy and comfort environment.

Very nice and comfortable office building. There is a BCA bank, there is a restaurant, there is a mini market. Spacious motorbike and car park, air-conditioned driver lounge. Located in the Sudirman Central Business Distric area making this building easy to access from all directions.

Great security.. Nice public service such as restroom and others

Comfortable, the Building Management and security staff are also helpful and very helpful to contractors like me.
Nice and strategic place for an office

Magnificent office buildings with adequate facilities such as cafes, restaurants, toilets, parking for wheelchair users and others. Very clean, comfortable, good service.
Leased for offices and business fields. There is also a car rental or ASSA Share Car rental car which can be rented by the hour just by using the application on Android and iOS Phone.

Interesting place to work with modern and stylish building design.

Such a nice and modern building, tight security, strategic place, pedestrian are great, just a few minute to Pacific Place, all are great here, lovely place!!

The building is quite modern, the elevator is divided into two, low zone and high zone. If so visior must love ID / ID card at the receptionist. When the weekend entrance of the front car is closed because there is a sporting event so go from behind (deket by pass which closed on the left there is a turn)

Equity Tower, an office building with very good facilities. Access to this building, if you use Transjakarta, can get off at the regional police stop, or gbk.

From the regional police, walk for about 10 minutes, from the regional police head south to the stock exchange building, then east, the building is right next to the alila building.

From GBK, I suggest not to go north (towards the stock exchange building) because it's too far. Take the south direction, then you will have a road to SCBD. Just follow the road because it's closer.

Access via KRL can get off at Palmerah Station then continue using Transjakarta towards the Senayan roundabout. There are 2 buses, 1 bus that goes up (will get off at gbk) or a bus that goes down (get off at mrt istora mandiri station)

Whereas access by MRT can get off at Istora Mandiri station.

For guests who want to enter the building, they are required to exchange ID cards at the reception, if there are any questions, such as the location of a particular PT, or the elevator, or even the use of a card can ask in the information section.

There are 2 types of elevators, lowzone and hightzone. Lowzone for floors 1-29, and hightzone for floors 29-50

The mosque is located on the B2 floor, while the canteen is on B3.

An office building with many coffee shops and restaurant. Broke? There is Lawson for you!

Sunday morning get together run in front of this building. And most helpful if you want to go to the toilet.

The building is good ... strategic ... clean ... safe ... access road is right for all pedestrian users ... motorbikes ... cars ... and other vehicles ... just try and come try it and see

There is a Korean cultural center, there are coworking spaces, there are offices too

very comfortable and clean, the receptionist is also friendly.

The level of security is good, the frontliner helps guests who visit for all purposes in a friendly and clear manner

Clean and ok ... the lift is also really flat, going up to the 23rd floor for 20 seconds

Toilets and lifts are great as well as the musholla in B2 level. Would be better of there is a staircase access to LG level from inside the building.

at the LPS Office (Deposit Insurance Corporation)
the office is very nice and comfortable
access is very easy because it is strategically located in the SCBD area.

In the past, I actually felt at home here but because atsan had to move, Alhamdulillah I got a better place and changed the family economy.

only for the parking lot is a bit complicated and in the past the mosque for Friday prayers in this building was still not quite right
