I apologize, I did not get the name of the last person I spoke to who was also very helpful and friendly, but Sierra Coay went above and beyond to assist me in getting a block of rooms for our team so we could all stay together. Dealing with customer service centers in most places is not something I look forward to doing, but in my experiences with PSE, they have been nothing short of great! Thank you so much!

PSE Event Housing was responsible for the hotel accommodations for a hockey showcase we were going to June, 2020. I paid my $64 booking deposit to them, and then the showcase was cancelled due to COVID. I received an email that they would reach out to me for help in rescheduling my hotel for the new showcase date, but no one ever did. I emailed them and received autogenerated responses that "my case has been resolved" when it hasn't. I call all the phone numbers listed in their emails and on their website and get a recording that "this number is temporarily unavailable." I will never book with them again.
Over the last two years, GPS Tournaments have exclusively used Pse Housing for all of our events. We have worked with other housing companies in the past and can honestly say that Pse have exceeded expectations and provide an excellent service. Their communication with both tournament directors and teams is first class along with their customer service and product. We look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future
Everytime I deal with this organization, the service is terrible in their ability to make this a good user experience. I feel like it turns into a part time job to just make any adjustments/changes, online never works, I always have to call just to have them say they can't help or to call back. So frustrating.
Pse Event Housing has been fantastic to work with. Specifically, Linda Smith, who I worked with during The PGA Championship. I had several professional golfers participating in the event so things can easily get hectic with changes, etc. Linda was always on top of it and would respond right away - event to my late night change requests. She would go out of her way to make my clients happy, even getting one into a sold out hotel last minute. I would definitely recommend Pse Event Housing.
Everyone has been very helpful! The website is easy to use and all the representatives thru instant messages and email have been fast and able to accomplish what I needed. Happy with their service to our team!
Hands down the worst event housing agency around. Their customer service is poorly trained and hides behind internal processes that are designed to limit their ability to resolve even the smallest of issues. PSE closed the group booking window early and refused to provide an extension or assist with the matter after multiple phone calls. If you want to escalate to a manager, you will need some luck on your side. Typically managers are all on other calls or just stepped away.
Generic email responses and the staff is unprofessional.
They told me not to contact the hotel I booked to cancel when I had a change of plans.
PSE tried to charge me fully but the hotel just ignored them and refunded me.

We booked a room through this company - a block of rooms for our team. Since then we have had to cancel and I tried to file a ticket online, call and email...with NO RESPONSE. My original "booking" email from them said that the booking fee is refundable, at least until a confirmation is sent out. I CANCELLED WAY BEFORE A CONFIRMATION WAS SENT OUT!!!! I have now received a confirmation and I have no idea if I will receive a refund that I AM ENTITLED TO..... if my reservation will even be cancelled AND if I will be charged for my stay....THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!
