Working here I can say that it's a fairly good experience in that I am free to run my site as I please and I have established a great relationship with our client. The downside is that there seems to be no room for advancement or any sign of an increase in pay. I have a couple of great guards at my site that I'd love to see get a little more money. Seems that bringing this up is frowned upon though. I know this is a business and the company needs to make a profit, but I'd like to see those that deserve it, receive better treatment.

Edit: Also I was promised by Terry Miller to receive information on additional training for my guards. I never received this, I've left numerous messages with him and emailed him, and I've been ignored. I take the training and safety of my officers and client VERY seriously and anything I can do to help my officers be better at their job, I am all about. After 20 years in the security industry I've seen what can happen when guards are poorly trained and I find this VERY unprofessional. I feel he said that just because he wanted to impress the people that were around us at the time. Meanwhile I have taken it upon myself to find resources to help in the training of my officers at my post. These issues are starting to make me feel as if management thinks the most important thing about what we do is just showing up, and not really preparing us to take better care of ourselves and the clients we serve.

Great owner, awesome and professional office staff as well. I ve had my home security system with this company and they have been great for two years now. Recommend multiple friends of mine to them and they have been extremely happy with their services as well. Best prices and great response time, they even called once when we had a power outage to check up on us. Definitely would recommend this company. Thanks to everyone at Prudential Security!!

Worst place I have ever worked for. The supervisor Steve has no communication skills towards his employees. If you want PROPERLY trained security guards, DO NOT use prudential!

Been doing business with Prudential for almost 5 years now.

I've been with potential for 8 yearsI've been temporarily disabled sinceNovember 18th of 2020 I am blind in my left eye ulers in both my legs and kidney failure CarolBrown and Derek Wroblewski have contact me to see how I'm doing, I was set up by both Iwent 4 months with no money because of my condition I didn't qualify for unemployment Also the client Penske also set me up. Now that I am disabled I can't do nothing but pray. Everytime I tried voice my side it went on deaf ears. I am very disappointed I have Developed a hatred for this company.

The worst company to work for. Both me and my best friend worked for them at separate times, and had the same experience. The guard relieving you is either always late or never shows up and they take forever getting you a replacement at the end of your shift. Their guard sites are always far away from where you live and We both worked over 60 hours a week and never got a raise past 9.50 an hour for the whole time we were both there. The worst thing is their guard sites and patrol cars gave both of us bedbugs.

Terrible place to work for. They don t keep track of supervisors doings. My supervisor abused his power to alter the schedules to better suit his needs at all times. He had no regard for anyone else s needs.

I went there to get my fingerprints today. The staff was kind and professional and the ambiences were clean. The fingerprint machine was cleaned right before they had to use it for me. I did not have to wait long before they were able to help me.

Terrible place of business I was denied a job because of a felony I got in 2009 (fleeing in eluding) I was 18 at the time I m now 30 I was giving probation which I completed. They told me to go get a clearance letter And when I did they stop taking my calls. I have my drivers license and I haven t been in trouble since my teen year this place made me feel real low
