Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center Review

Terrible service, no communication and in talking to them very little client/patient empathy. Kid was sent to ER from Dr office with instructions after xray findings and Providence said they could take her. Then they couldn't find the orders, then couldn't get her into services that were required. After 4 hour wait finally left and went to another ER to treat a collapsed lung. Apparently that gives no priority at Sacred Heart. Unless it's your only option I wouldn't recommend going or sending anyone there. In talking to them I quote "we are the best care East of Seattle to Montana". I wouldn't be touting that if a patient is in pain and can't breath very good in a waiting room, you might be the best at something but prioritizing care, communication and patient empathy isn't one of them.

Waiting over 2 hrs when sent by our doctor to be admitted. Then when initially seen questioned several times as to why we are here. They didn't even bother to read our doctors notes in the system.
Totally lack of empathy and sence of emergency.
Should have come by ambulance.

My friend has cystic fibrosis and when she has to do her two week stay they do a real good job of making sure she has a comfortable stay

Nursing staff/Dr's on the 6th floor cardiac care unit are amazing. The care they give is world class. They take care of all your needs and more. The service is more like guest/family treatment. We have been blessed to be at this hospital during my mom's stay and heart procedure.

4 hrs to get discharged and sent home with no pain meds or prescription or even a copy of my paperwork. Wow!

Here now. Cousin has eye inflammation and we've been here for almost 3 hours in the waiting room.

Waiting in a room for 2 hours and have not seen a doctor yet

My mother came into ER 4 hours ago with nausea and vomiting. Was seen by triage nurse, IV started and given nausea medicine. She's still nauseous and still vomiting and still waiting to be seen by doctor. This is the first and LAST time I'll bring a family member to this hospital.

Nice architecture and equipment, sometimes good staff, food is delicious. View from windows is so great!

ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST HOSPITAL TO GO OR HAVE YOUR LOVED ONES IN! THE BEST OF THE BEST WORK THERE OR WITH THEM, CAN NOT BEAT THE CARE AND SERVICE YOU GET IN THEIR HANDS. A HUGE AND VERY HEART FELT THANK YOU TO DR GROSEN, DR MCNIVENS, FOR THE SURGICAL MASTERY YOU PREFORMED ON MY WIFE, YOU SAVED OUR FAMILY AND MY BEST FRIEND! THANK YOU MIA, KRYSTAL, ALISON, SHANDEL, AND ALL THE GIRLS ON SOUTH 5 FOR ALL THE MINUTE TO MINUTE CONSTANT CARE AND COMPASSION YOU GAVE NOT ONLY MY WIFE, BUT OUR DAUGHTER AND MYSELF AS WELL. AND THANK YOU TO THE KITCHEN STAFF FOR KEEPING THE TURKEY SANDWHICHES FLYING, (INSIDE JOKE), WE LOVE YA ALL. THERE ISN'T ENOUGH THANK YOU'S, LOVE YOU'S, OR GRADITUDE TO EVER SHOW HOW GRATEFUL WE ARE FOR THIS INSTITUTION AND ALL THE STAFF UNDER THAT ROOF! WOW, I COULD KEEP GOING ON AND ON!

Dr curtis and his staff were awesome! Blanca , Mehgan ,Syd & Abby were my favorites! Low fat diet food is terrible! Roast beef sandwich eas best thing I had to eat in 3 days. Great care.

I d rather die home alone than go back to this hospital! Wait times are insane, sterile technique and procedure is non existent, patients rights are violated and disregarded. Disrespect and lack of knowledge is also rampant. Go anywhere but here!!! I d give zero stars if I could!

I had the best care when I try to hurt myself on Tuesday my wife brought me to the emergency room and I was put back there first don't remember much but I do remember the nice doctors and nurses
