I slept wrong on my shoulder and I couldn't rotate my arm. Through visits with Dr Heaton, he figured out that I was having some spine issues that were affecting my neck and my shoulder abilities. He is very quick and efficient and he is knowledgeable. I am pregnant and having issues with my hips. He was able to help me get back to normal movement.

I have been seeing Dr Heaton and his wonderful staff for many years and my quality of life is much better because of it! I met Carmina about 10 years ago when I needed therapy for my neck pain caused by work/repetitive motion. I worked almost exclusively with her for months and always felt better not just when I left but from the moment that I walked in the door. She has a genuine smile and is passionate about helping people to feel better. She doesn't just tell you what to do and then observe (or leave). She gets down on the matt with you and demonstrates, making sure that you are getting the most from your therapy! I am working again with Dr. Heaton, Carmina and the rest of the exceptional staff and am confident that my outcome will be as favorable as it was back then!

I was on my way to my own gender reveal when another vehicle ran a stop sign and hit me. My 16 year old daughter and 4 year old son were also in my vehicle and also had to have care as well. When I got injured, one doctor didn't seem as though my injury was worthy of therapy. Dr Heaton took my case and helped me get back to work at 100%, not light duty. Dr. Heaton and his staff are very friendly and professional, I felt very at ease and confident that I was going to get the best care that I needed. They were very thorough when I went to see him after a car accident to make sure they determined all of my physical injuries. Having a card accident is stressful even when it isn't your fault and it makes it less stressful when you feel your physical injuries are being taken care of for you. It is great to know if I need physical therapy from my accident they will assist with that also. I would definitely recommend Dr. Heaton and his staff at Arizona Chiropractic.
My friend referred me to this place. I experienced them with them. It was fantastic. The reason for my visit was because I was in a car accident. On my first visit, the doctor gave me a complete examination, took my radiographs and explained my radiographs in detail. One of the things they have is that several of their employees speak Spanish all make you feel very comfortable. I treat myself so excellent. You feel me little by little they are falling apart. My first experience with a chiropractor is recommended for everyone. Very satisfied with this offina.

I can't rate this place yet as I only been there once. However, Dr. Heaton has been adjusting me for over 25 years...and I'm one lucky guy since no other Chiropractor can put my SI Joint back in place so easily. DR. Heaton is a big guy for big men like me. However, he also has the gentleman touch for the less than 150 pounders. Go there and send me some type of communication and simply say, Dan, you were right-on.
Absolutely amazing care and staff. I got rear ended and had to get treatment for that accident, and Dr. Heaton and the staff did such an incredible job at getting my health back to 100 percent!

This chiropractic clinic is not Covid 19 compliant. I went in for my first appointment and noticed that none of the employees were wearing mask, it seemed that they have about twenty employees. I asked the young lady at the front desk if anyone here wears a mask? she responded "we don't do that" I sat down and contemplated what to say. I went back up and said to her "I would like who ever works on me to wear a mask", she replied "you need to speak to the doctor about that". When the doctor came out and asked what the issue was. I replied "I would like to have who ever is going to work on me wear a mask". He said that they don't wear mask and that they where following the WHO's recommendation and that they just said you don't have to wear a mask and that wearing a mask does more harm to the person wearing it and that they can actually get sick from breathing in their own carbon dioxide and at that moment the young lady that was going to work on me who looked like she was no older than 22 years of age, spouted out and said " and i'm not going to get sick for you" so the doctors conversation and I went on and I let him know what the CCD's guide lines wear and he asked me if I knew how people where contracting the virus and I said "I don"t think anyone knows very much about the virus as it stands but we need to take preliminary precautions" and he went on to say, "well do you know that you can't even get the virus from a hard surface". I could see that our conversation was going no where so I stood up to leave and he said so your not going to get treated" and I said "no i'm not thank you" and I left. There was a longer conversation about the CCD's regulations but I'm trying to keep this short.

I ve been going on and off for over 2 years now. When I transitioned to a different job my lower back was greatly effected. They were able to help me get back to my normal self. Now I go for maintenance alignments once a month to prevent any further harm. They have a wonderful new location but the same great amazing staff. I highly recommend it.

Because I have rheumatoid arthritis I figured I would be in pain for the rest of my life. I ve been to other chiropractic offices before and they helped ease the pain for a short while, but there were no long-term effects. After just a few visits to the Arizona Chiropractic And Spine Rehabilitation office my pain has diminished drastically. Between the wonderful chiropractic care and the careful physical therapy I received at that office I am now living in a lot less pain than I ever have! With Dr. Headen and staff I have made much progress, for that I am very grateful . I went to Az. Chiropractic with measured bitterness after Dr. Orringer at Concentra said that I would have to live with the pain forever. How in Sam Hill could one Dr. be so uncouth and another be willing to help out. I m not a doctor but I intentionally go the extra mile. My review is two parts - first for the review of Dr. Heaton working on my newborn baby, and then for myself. I had a colicky baby who wouldn't sleep longer than about 20 minute stretches. We were desperate and had tried everything to help him. A friend recommended that i take him to a chiropractor. After visiting Dr. Heaton once a day for a week, he was napping more consistently and sleeping 4-5 hours at night. He went from being miserable with acid reflux to being able to nurse properly and not spit up as much. It really was like a little miracle (or a HUGE miracle for an exhausted mom!).
For myself, I had a HUGE fear of being adjusted. I had a bad experience as a little girl at a different chiropractor and have never gone back. Dr. Heaton was SO great. I've now gone back multiple times for an adjustment to help with neck problems and migraine headaches. He even called me after my appointment to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Heaton is definitely one of those doctors that goes above and beyond for his patients. Thank you Dr. Heaton!
I was hit in a wreck early this year, and my recovery through a nasty case of whiplash has been made as patient and as thorough as possible thanks to the staff here. From my first day, Karmina, Tenisha and Maritza have shown me a warm welcome as they do with all! Josue, Lua and Sam always support me in my physical recovery, making sure i dont harm my progress through ROM tests and stretches. When I come in, Dr. Heaton, John and Heather help me get adjusted, and before long Im prepping for therapy. Everyone is always responsive and ready to lend a hand to work together, caring for their patients and each other, including Brenda, Zach and Lizz. Id give 6 star review if I could and most definitely recommend this office for any PT concerns!

After I was injured while working at the post office, I couldn't find any doctor or clinic willing to work with Workers Compensation claims. I needed an MRI, and my own insurance wouldn't pay for it.
Then, a coworker told me to go to Arizona Chiropractic and Spine Rehabilitation, where she was receiving very good treatment for her back injury. I met with Dr Heaton, who assured me that I would not have to pay them a cent. He and Dr Jahnke were able to get me an immediate MRI, and put me on a physical therapy of four hours per week, including stretching, strength building, electro-stimulation, and massage. My physical therapists, Zach, Jon, and Lua were excellent, and they restored most of my flexibility, and improved my posture.
Dr Heaton lined me up with an orthopedic surgeon, and the surgery that I need has just been approved.
I am very happy with the care I receive here and highly recommend them.

I was not doing well after my car accident and heard so many horror stories about chiropractors, which made me so nervous to do therapy here but this establishment and great staff proved that to be far from the truth. Dr. Heaton is professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He has much real world wisdom and experience that has helped me in many ways. Martiza s positive attitude helped on days where I felt my pain so bad I didn t want to do therapy. Lua, Josue, Samantha, John, and the rest of the staff (I don t remember everyone s name) were caring and gentle with me as I was in so much pain, understanding with my needs, accommodated me as much as I needed, and were overall considerate kind and just wonderful!!! I'm a federal employee that got hurt on the job. This was a place I was referred to and they have been great! The whole staff is excellent and they really take care of you from the physical therapists to the doctors. I highly recommend them if you get hurt on the job or are in a car accident or just want a great chiropractor.
Dr. Heaton and his staff are absolutely amazing!!! My husband was hit by a car on his motorcycle last year and suffered back, neck and knee injuries. Dr. Heaton went above and beyond to care for my husband. He felt so much better just after a couple visits, and was able to go back to work in record time. He received regular adjustments, physical therapy and specialized care. He continued to go for treatment for months and treated very well each time. Unfortunately, he was rear ended in his truck a week ago and suffered whiplash. Without question he decided to go back to see Dr. Heaton immediately and is very pleased once again. I sprained my ankle at work and originally started off at concentra. After one experience there I knew I had to go elsewhere. Through word of mouth I called az chiropractic. They got me in right away and after my first visit we had a game plan to getting my ankle better. Josue did my therapy and he was amazing! I have been treated for neck and full back injuries. The staff are very friendly, caring, attentive and really actively listen to your needs. I always leave feeling better. I have more mobility in my spine and have reduced my pain significantly. I was getting migraines 1-2 times a month and I have not had one in 3 to 4 months. I love that it's not just about adjustments, it's about total care. Adjustments, therapy, physical therapy, exercise, health and wellness for nutrition. The staff make you feel like family. Truly the full package in whole care. I'm so blessed to have full function of my body thanks to this Dr and his staff.
This is a great place to go if you have any neck or back problems from a car or work accident. Dr. Heaton and his staff does a wonderful job and makes this place very welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

I ve been receiving chiropractic treatment from here for a few months now. Since the beginning the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure patient needs are exceeded. From the beginning Maritza helped me complete tasks to the best of my ability and reassured me when I doubted myself. I can honestly say I would not have stuck to it and finished my treatment if it weren t for her encouragement and rthat Arizona Chiropractic & Spine Rehabilitation had once helped her when she was in my position. They also work hard to accommodate busy schedules, Tanisha has kindly helped me many times! I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a chiropractor. The entire team is great.
