After I was injured while working at the post office, I couldn't find any doctor or clinic willing to work with Workers Compensation claims. I needed an MRI, and my own insurance wouldn't pay for it.

Then, a coworker told me to go to Arizona Chiropractic and Spine Rehabilitation, where she was receiving very good treatment for her back injury. I met with Dr Heaton, who assured me that I would not have to pay them a cent. He and Dr Jahnke were able to get me an immediate MRI, and put me on a physical therapy of four hours per week, including stretching, strength building, electro-stimulation, and massage. My physical therapists, Zach, Jon, and Lua were excellent, and they restored most of my flexibility, and improved my posture.

Dr Heaton lined me up with an orthopedic surgeon, and the surgery that I need has just been approved.
